Simply inspiring, superb job!
Basically i cut of my body weight (and fat, i believe), but i still have man boobs (Droppy tits) : (
I'm actally on the first week of Jim Stoppani's shor to shred to cut of my fat. Because my current prime concern is to getting the drop tits off first, then continue with some bulking. However, I started worrying it is gyno
Could you guys help me give any advance, idea? And how about my body fat, how many percentage is it?
Thanks!
Edit : The first pict is when i was fat
From 220 down to 165.
2 years of fairly slow progress. And I'm still not even close to being done with my journey. I may have a lot of issues, like the obvious gyno, but coming from someone who was once like 35% body fat, those issues just don't seem to matter that much. That matters is how far I've come, and the outlook I have on myself. Cheers to anyone and everyone who overcomes obesity :).
So this is where I am sat at currently I was 119Kg when I started and I am now down to 88.7Kg. I have been advised to start bulking now, but I am uneasy about it lol. I am happy with the progress I have made so far, the wallet isn't though from the 4 wardrobes I have been through.
That's impressive stuff, well done!
Some awesome transformations!
Keeping me motivated!
Hi Guys, I'm from Melbourne, Australia and I've been training for about 3 months now and it's only when comparing the pics I can notice the difference.
I got out of shape due to work but one day I thought enough is enough and I needed to make a difference. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol. 3 Months later I can safely say that my weight is getting there and my cholesterol is at a very good level.
Here are some before and after pics.
Hello guys ! This is my transformation from 86kg to 73kg
Left picture is from august last year and i started workout january this year from 85,6kg , right picture is before one week :)
Good work guys! I'll post some of mine in a few weeks! I'm trying to get single digits body fat by the end of this summer so the struggle is totally real, especially with managing my leptin, cortisol, and macro timing. Decided to seriously commit to the bulk this winter and got up to 20% didn't start my cut until a few months ago. I took a re-feed month after getting down to 14% body fat and now I'm a week back into almost down to 13.5%.
My journey in the last 3 years. From 140kg to 85kg then to 100kg with mass. Still looking to cut another 10kg off for my ideal bodyweight.
Hey all, here's my 10 month transformation, so far! I'm 5'6" and a bit lol, currently 173 lbs, down from 280 last August. Sitting in the mid teens for bf% (I think I can read the calipers right?, feel free to comment on what you believe it to be and what I started out at! for ****s n giggles ;) ) Absorbed a tonne of knowledge from this site and inspiration! Thank you all! Had to set new goals today for myself, #1 hit single digit bf% by september 1st, and #2 Deadlift 490 lbs on the same day ( it's only 90lbs off my PR, it shall be done!) #3 Fix chest that is lagging! If anyone needs advice or wants to know my diet/macros/workout just ask! Oh, a couple things that have really helped me. Keep a workout diary to challenge yourself, a food scale, and measuring cups to keep yourself accountable! No excuses, if you want it bad enough, do it. Peace n love.

Dude you look great! What kind of deficit were you eating at?
Just made my account and started to actually lift. Currently working out at a gym + crossfit classes (I just started).
I started out at 205 and now am at 174 over the course of 5 months! I am so ready to take it to the next level and build muscle and trim down this fat and get lean.
Nice motivation here! :)
Dude you look great! What kind of deficit were you eating at?
Thanks! I was eating clean/limited carbs at a 1000+ calorie deficit for the first 80-90 lbs which translated into weight literally falling off! I eventually started to stall out and get run down, and my lifts started to really suffer, so I re evaluated and have been running a carb cycling diet with a more manageable 500kcal deficit. Lifts go up every week, lots of energy and have been losing 1-2 lbs per week like clock work ever since!

bf% : 36%
after :
weight : 74.4 kg " 164 lb "

take care
Doode! Nice work! Congrats! How are you dropping pounds? Diet and cardio? If that's the case, I would cut cardio and hit the weights, hard, in a 500kcal deficit, you could reap some noob gains and cut those last percents of bf at the same time!
Here's a picture of my 3 month progress so far.
First pic is at 222 lbs on April 1 - second is at 188 lbs on July 1.
I figure I'm going to continue to cut till Sept 1 then start to up my calories and slow bulk.

Well done!
Could you tell us what your diet and workout/cardio routine looked like please?
About a 5 year transformation.
5'10" - 146kg at my heaviest(picture is at 136ish) to 94kg currently.
Only taking lifting seriously the past year or so...lot of work still to go. Always proud, never satisfied :)

Hopefully that works..
Well done!

Ok first of all i wasn't following a specific diet in the first 25 weeks , i was paying a very big attention on these highlights :
* my net calorie was around 1450-1500 / day
* i workout 5 days / week - every day i finished 4-5 km "2-4" miles of speed walking
*my macros were 45 carbs , 30 protein , 25 fats
* i used cinnamon in every main meal i ate
*there is an open meal every week from any place i want really helped me, to avoid plateau
then the last 12 weeks i followed lee labrada 12 weeks trainer, i was 75-80% committed to it and seen great results
most loss of BF% was in the first 20 weeks i think it was due to my overweight, now when your are less than 18% it's hard to drop bf
good luck

That's pretty noticeably different for 3 months
here is my 2 year transformation. starting weight 305 - current weight 216
Still have a long way to go. but I'm getting thre.
4 Months transformation. Having a beer belly (last day of Super bowl 2015) to this. I was at 160lbs and now at 142lbs. Trying to slowly put on some muscles and keep six packs. I know its the hardest thing to do. Any suggestion how to stay lean and build muscle. I am doing carbs cycling right now and eat most of the carbs before and after work out. Any other suggestions?

Coming close 2 years now in to my journey i got tired of looking in the mirror of what i have become people calling me fat not been able to find clothes that fit when out shopping,i had to make a change fast not just for my self but mentally, physically and emotionally, and i wanted to look good for my fiancee, it hasn't been an easy road but hey if it was we wouldn't all be here haha, now i live and breathe this lifestyle and never felt so good, due to a gym accident 3 weeks ago I've been out of training mode but the leg healing slowly, cock a bit too cocky with box jumps ended up with a hole in my leg with the bone exposed it hasn't stop me from doing what i want to do just slowed me down a lil bit,so yeah here is a few pics from start to current current weight loss at 38kgs-85lbs want to drop a little more, next year i hope to get up on stage for a little fun...

I'm still working, but this is my progress from April to now. I went from 25% bf to 18.6 (today). Long way to go but I'm proud that I can see changes.

Though i do have handfuls of loose skin even after 5 years not tightening up i can pull my stomach by the handful and pull it outwards My abs would show much better if skin wasn't this loose :( oh well part of the battle add more mass :)

this is my transformation the last about two months. Lost about 20 lbs and Gained some strength

January 2015 - 200lbs+ 25%BF
July 2015 - 170lbs 12%BF
Mixed bag of training - lots of circuit training and cardio!
It has been slow but steady progress getting back in shape. hopefully by this time next year I will have lost all the weight so I can be more focused on building the strength and muscle I want.
Here is a picture of my transformation. My before picture was in 2011.
