Hey guys! I just did my first cut, but I can't show my progress pics due to lack of posts. Can someone check my profile and give a guesstimate on my current bodyfat? I'd greatly appreciate any feed back, thanks!

8 months in and declaring my cut/transformation officially over. 17 kilos (37 pounds) lost, bodyfat from 21% to now 8.7%. These pics were taken exactly 6 months apart (left pic I was 3 months in and had already lost around 6 kilos. right pic was taken yesterday). I could have progressed faster had I took diet more seriously from the very beginning. Quite happy with the definition, but now Im ready for a very slow very clean bulk. Want to put on around 4 or 5 kilos (around 8 to 10 pounds) solid muscle and keep the BF% low (dont want to lose the stomach definition I worked so hard for), then its maintenance mode for me from there on out. Very proud of myself for getting diet right and not letting the rotator cuff injury a few months ago get the best of me. Very happy, but want a bit more chest size, thicker abs, and a little more biceps.

That could be for quite a number of reasons I suppose, like muscle mass%, how you lost weight (how much cardio vs how much weight training), genetics (Ive always been a pretty skinny dude, but fat goes straight to my face and midsection), how you trained in the gym, photo lighting, ect. I just had a look at your profile, and your looking great man.

Great job man, really impressive. I'm trying to determine my level of leanness, I think im similar to you. I'm unable to post pics because of the lack of posts I got, would it be possible for you to take a look at my before and after pics in my profile and give your honest opinion on my body fat level/physique? its my first cut since I was fat. I went from 215lbs to 175 in 4months. I plan on doing a lean bulk soon once I obtain the level of body fat I want. I'd greatly appreciate any feedback, thanks.

This is my original pic (270lbs) and my latest pictures (218lbs), getting there slowly but surely. There have been some ups and downs but on the right track now.
I love bodybuilding.com for what they have done with all of these resources for people, it creates a great environment for weight loss and body transformations. Thanks guys!
Also I am guestimating my bodyfat at somewhere around 18% but it is a complete guess, if anyone can give me a more accurate guess it would be much appreciated :-)

I started out with the bizzy diet. Once I finished that I just started going 6 days a week; two chest, two back, two legs, and one shoulder (combined legs and back once a week) and the 7th was cardio. I focused on hitting 12-20 reps on everything. But more importantly I started eating right and cut out all pop, candy, alcohol, etc.
Started about one yr ago. was over 250 pounds. Completed insanity and messed around with some interval circuits and p90x but none of it really kept me engaged. Diet slipped for a few months then I found Ryan Hughes Blast for Mass and havent missed a day. I'm starting my 9th week this week and loving it.

I used to workout before.
Than I had surgery on my chest and the doctors told me that I couldn't workout for 3 months.
I got super depressed and went on a dreamer bulk and got fat.
Than after those 3 months I hit the gym hard and also worked out a lot at home with dumbbells.
What do you bros think?

Damn dude that was a year and a half well spent. I think I like the ~1-2yr transformations the best because it shows a realistic time frame for a goal. Rather than the 8 wks stuff.

Plans: Now, maybe a little more cut to try get them abs visible and then attempt to clean bulk aiming towards christmas for some good results.

About a year and a bit of a difference. I was bigger at one point... I'd say around 150, just body fat. Now I'm competing and helping others in their transformations as well.

Looks like lots,of you have experience with this, I've gone from 240 to now floating between 180-190 in my cutting phase but still want to drop body fat from 11% to 8-9% before November..what's the best approach
