Weight Loss 275lbs to 175lbs
Hello all,
Been overweight my entire childhood, at 18 decided to lose weight. Started at 275lbs no muscle at all, got into the gym and within a year I was down to 175lbs. I was in the best shape of my life, since then I have put on about 30lbs, most of it muscle but some of it body fat. Having a little baby girl in October, the goal is to get back down to 175lbs.

Lost 65 pounds but now want to tone up and build muscle
i am 5 feet 7 and 57.2 kgs right now... i lost 65 pounds(29.5kg) by restricting the calorie intake ..now i want to tone up and build muscles ...if you have any advise on how to do that ...or any questions regarding the same please do let me know...
