MY 2k12 transformation 87kg -> 66kg
What's your new years resolution? I know what mine was, and I feel proud to have achieved it! Never lose sight of your goals, control your own future because trust me it's worth it!
I don't usually like to post stuff like this, but if I can motivate at least ONE person to chase their goals then this post will be well worth it!
Believe it, achieve it... 2k13 is YOUR year!

Goal achieved :D. Could you give us some more info like bodyfat be4 and after? And like workout and eating journal?
Amazing job! How long did it take you? I'm about 3 weeks in my transformation.
Took me 12 months and 1 week to go from approx. 312 pounds to 176 pounds.
-
Hi, I am amazed at the transformations here!!
Is there a thread like this with only female transformation pics? I was searching but couldn't find. I think there should be one, for us females to get inspired by other members! The male transformations are amazing but girls like it better to see their own gender transformations. I know there are some girls here in this thread, but I have to go through like 20 pages to find 1 girl transformation.
Congratulations to all and I hope to be here someday!!
Are you not able to start one yourself? I ask only because I am relatively new to the BB.com forum and am not certain whether anybody and everybody can create threads. Take care and God Bless!

This picture shows my transformation over 4 years of my life during High School. I didn't have a lot of pics when I was fat, but I had a few from when I wrestled. From left to right, it shows my 9th, 10th, 11, & 12th grade year of High School.

I went from 215lbs, 250lbs, 200lbs, & 185lbs from each picture.
I am now in College and focusing on lifting and getting bigger and hope to add more pictures as I continue to transform my body.
What do you brahs think?

This is amazing. So many inspiring stories. I hope to become less fat next summer. Don't have time for gym with final year college!

No excuses brah! If you really want it, you can do it. If you keep putting it off, you will never do it. If you truly can't go tithe gym, at least get your diet 100% spot on and you'll begin to lose weight.
-
You're right! I'm gonna try and get a diet plan going into the new year. I keep forgetting to come back here. It gives great motivation.
Good cut, what's the weight difference between pics?? Repped
Damn I'm late lol, but the before pic was 230 Lbs., after is 180 Lbs., but 180 Lbs. was after starting to bulk, before ever working on building any muscle and bulking, I cut down to 167 Lbs., in about 6 months. So, 63 Lbs. in 6 months.

Hey mate!
To be honest i'm not 100% sure about BF percentages, it's not something I've really looked into. If I had to take a wild guess i'd say my before photo is probably around 20-25% BF and my after is maybe 8-10%?
In terms of workout i generally stick to something along these lines
day 1 - legs(quads)/calves/shoulders(delts)
day 2 - chest(upper)/back(lower/lats)
day 3 - arms (outer biceps)/triceps/forearms
day 4 - legs(hammys/glutes)/shoulders (traps)
day 5 - chest(lower)/back(inner)
day 6 - arms(peak)/triceps/forearms
rest | repeat
usually do 4 sets (12/10/8/6)
3 exercises (2 with tri-sets and 1 with a superset) for each muscle group
I try to work abs at least 4-5 times a week and run 2-3 times a week =)
in terms of eating, no carbs at night time, 2g protein per pound of body weight and clean fats/proteins/carbs =)
hope that answers your questions

Neto472 and larrysmojo... those are amazing transformations! You both look like completely different people. Those abs!
I was always a fat kid, and it hit the fan it August 2011 at 330.5 pounds. I've lost over 100 pounds since then- peaked at 205 lbs (125 lost) over summer with alternating lifting and cardio every day with maintenance/recomp calories and a paleo-inspired diet.
I still have a bit of a gut (some of it might be lose skin, but I don't want to use that as an excuse), so I still don't have much to show off in the shirtless department... yet.
Although I had a bad semester (in terms of eating pizza and such) and a particularly bad holiday season (cookies!!), I'm still over 100 pounds lighter and stronger than ever- I'm stronger now at 215-225ish (bloated up pretty bad over the month) than I was at around 290 at age 18. I joined the site and started a fat loss journal and am also doing the weight loss contest on the fat loss board in order to finally shatter my ultimate goal of "under 200 and relatively strong".
First picture is August 2011 compared to August 2012, and the other picture is May 2009 compared to December 2012

Great inspiration all. Keep up the work.
Now i have been looking alot and i must say it, it may sound retarded, but here i go.
As you know most people's builds are long torso/short legs, but there is also short torso/long legs. I don't know does it have something with the metabolism & genetics and beign fat, but i have never ever seen a 250+ pound ft fuk or more with short torso and long legs. 99 % of them have long torso/short legs. Of course there are someone around medium torso/medium legs.. but extremly rare.
Now you may say most people who are fat, are fat because they are lazy and they don't have good diet and you are right. This has nothing to do with people's structure and build. But.. you know one third or half of people on of earth is fat, and the orther half are skinny, or normal. Some people natural have fast metabolism and will never get fat.. Of course there are people with extreme genetics, muscular bodies without giving a fk about diet & workout.
Dem genetics ;/
Great job man...congrats. Routine? Also calories wise how much did you start and how much now?
Thanks. You can find all of the information about my diet and routine in the thread I made here --> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=150796363
I started out eating at 2,000 calories a day and followed that same amount the whole time. Throughout the 7 months in which I lost the 70 lbs I was losing 2.5 lbs each week like clockwork while maintaining all of my lifts in the gym. I figured why screw with what's working? So I just decided to stay at 2,000 calories the whole time.

All these people, with all these amazing results. Talk about motivation!
