Hello guys!
Exactly 2 years ago i was 105kg or so (did not weight myself often back then).
My girlfriend broke up with me and i understood that i could not stay in the shape i was. Started training and fixed my diet. Soon this became more then just something i did to get back at here(make here regret breaking up with me) It became a passion. Anyways, did not want to write a book, just to post my picture and say thanks to everyone that motivated me to do this!
Hope i can be to some inspiration to someone like many of the people that did this before me was to me.
I am 180cm tall and weigh around 82kg now.
Hahaha, I ****ing love this. I bet that chick is mad now! Congrats!

Great transformation! Thank you for being an inspiration (along with all of the other amazing transformations in here)! I look to this thread often to keep me motivated. Someday I hope to post in here to help inspire others as well. ;)
today i am officially 5 pounds away from my starting goal weight. at the end of 2009 i was roughly 220 lbs, i set a goal (at the time it was more of a dream) of 140 lbs. today i weighed myself and i'm officially 5 pounds away from the dream i had three years ago. back then i never imagined it possible, now that this seemingly unattainable goal has almost been reached... i gotta boast about lol holy crap it feels so ****ing good!!! i honestly don't even know where to go from here, my life goal is in reach, i never considered what would come next. all i know is that i've never been happier, nothing is out of reach, if you want something bad enough you can make it happen.

wow great job!!!! your body has really responded well to the fat loss too, i don't even seen any lose skin. I personally have found that setting PR's is a good way to keep me motivated. From lifting/running/hockey or whatever keeps me active and motivated.
Good job!

Awesome transformation! Way to go repped for sure!
Hello my name is Mikey Perez!
I think the highest I have ever weighed was 215LBS at 5'5 1/2. It was last year when I was fresh out of Highschool and didnt know what to do.
I have always been competitive growing up playing football numerous years but then the world started changing and I was not ready for it.
I gained weight and got depressed. SInce then I have spent the next several years doing research on how to lose weight and accomplish my dreams of having a bodybuilder body.
The FIRST PICTURE is me January 2011 at 215LBS.
With little eatting and cardio I managed to get down to 185. But I gained it back.
Last October I started work at UPS and with the money, I made sure to spend half of it on my diet.
The SECOND PICTURE is me a couple of weeks ago at 172LBS August 2012 with on and off diet and cardio. As you can see I need to start building muscle (mainly in my chest) So the second picture also represents the before for my new 12 week transformation I will be starting next week.
I also started a youtube channel to show my progress in the 12 week transformation and hopefully some of you will watch and subcribe to it and help keep me accountable. You can find me by typing in FitnessRecluse (I am a little shy.)
I am motivated and excited to change my life. My goals are to get down to a very low BF while maintaining muscle. The biggest obstacle I will have to overcome is laziness and the fact that I work out already for 5 hours a day at UPS.
Anyway I hope you subscribe. Here are the pictures!

check out my log in my sig.
over 2 year transformation
470-142
Now Im back up to 200 and want to cut again
need your help guys. For all my bro's that have lost a TREMENDOUS amount of weight
1) i still have huge skin lower belly fat issues. When i started to bulk again, its like my 'gut' fat cells had memory and started to store fat there again VERY easily and immediately.
2) I did my diet (as described in my log) in a stupid way. I did a VLC sub 1000 cal every day for over a year type diet.
now I need to cut again, and cant cut on 1800 calories a day. It seems i just keep gaining weight. I shouldn't be gaining weight on 1800 calories a day. I track METICULOUSLY! and i lift hard 5 days a week.
I figure I have about 20lbs of skin/fatskin on my legs and mid-section, but what disturbs me is i can't seem to cut weight any longer
i see other bro's here cutting on like 2200 and 2300 CUTTING on that much... i cant even maintain on that much.
I realize i probably need to see a doctor but what Im asking you all is
1) what exact (EXACT) thyroid and metabolisms and testosterone tests should I ask him about? I;ve talked with him before, but all he sent me for was a blood work test and said "my blood work looks fine..."
sigh...

All was done naturally, just beating my ass off in the gym, and staying strict

Your transformation really is amazing. A shining example of what can be achieved if you actually put in lots of effort.
I work with some women who are on Weight Watchers, don't do any exercise and constantly claim about having loose skin and endless stretch marks (I understand that some are inevitable). I'm going to show them your pictures and show them that this is what you can look like if you do things properly, with nutrition and exercise.
Oh lawd epic trucks

Well I did diet mostly from 2009 till 2011, tried all diets really, KETO gave me good discipline but I looked like a child, so low carb diet suits me best really. It was hard lonely road and alot of sh..t happened to me meanwhile but I didnt loose my focus, I always felt like a new man after my workout.
So last year I did my first bulk and gained quite a good amount of muscle, my lifts went up nicely aswell (BP: 130kg 2x, SQ: 150kg 2x, DL: 160 1x).
I love working out with dumbells/barbell Im not a fan of the machines, free weights gave me alot of strenght overall so why change something that is clearly working for me right:)
Also I maintain a fitnes/bodybuilding lifestyle basicly the whole year, Im strict with my diet and my training, ofc I have some cheat meals and go party out every now and then also:P
But the best thing that this sport has given me is a positive mind, alot of confidence and work ethic, ohh and i learned how to cook !!:))
^ Absolutely stunning - Well done!
I wish I could do the same!

HOLY CHIT MAN MYRON HARD ON TRAPS !
Aware me on diet ? Did you needed to bulk or something ?
today i am officially 5 pounds away from my starting goal weight. at the end of 2009 i was roughly 220 lbs, i set a goal (at the time it was more of a dream) of 140 lbs. today i weighed myself and i'm officially 5 pounds away from the dream i had three years ago. back then i never imagined it possible, now that this seemingly unattainable goal has almost been reached... i gotta boast about lol holy crap it feels so ****ing good!!! i honestly don't even know where to go from here, my life goal is in reach, i never considered what would come next. all i know is that i've never been happier, nothing is out of reach, if you want something bad enough you can make it happen.

Marry me.
But the best thing that this sport has given me is a positive mind, alot of confidence and work ethic, ohh and i learned how to cook !!:))
sick transformation brah....
merlin hard
I have a question for all of you transformers..
Did anyone actually get through the whole transformation WITHOUT doing cardio/HIIT?
I mean, of course, there'll be times when there's a few cardio sessions (like myself, I play basketball). But actual consistent cardio every other day.
So.. anyone achieved their goal without the cardio?

Did basically no cardio, transformed with hardcore weight lifting for a little over a year.
Proper diet, decent genetics, and train hard in THE gym.
check out my log in my sig.
over 2 year transformation
I;ve talked with him before, but all he sent me for was a blood work test and said "my blood work looks fine..."
sigh...
Ah seems like i can't post pictures yet but i can post attachments.
Anyways, here's my progress! I'm really proud of my results.
Left is me january 2009 at 270 lbs.
Right is me currently at 187 lbs.
