Way to go buddy, give me some feedback on my video if you have time
I know I still have a long way to go! But this was this past summer. I also need to take some after no shirt pictures to link with my befores.
Wasn't sure where exactly to post this but I've been waiting so long to finally be more comfortable with myself. I'm ready to show people my progress and prove to girls that lifting weights does NOT make you bulky! The pics on the left are where I started out on my fitness journey. I want to point out this was AFTER losing 50lbs. I used to be borderline obese and decided to lose a little bit of weight. Liked how my pant sized were getting smaller and kept going! Last year when I reached this point I was sent an email from this site regarding the 100k transformation challenge. Figured I'd sign up for a bit more motivation and had no idea at the time how passionate I'd become about fitness. Long story short, here's my transformation from skinny fat to fit. I was 140 in the left pics, today I'm at 135. Only a 5lb weight difference but bigger visual difference!

Please excuse the blurriness. I no longer have the original before pics so I had to use the ones from my bodyspace. Thanks for letting me share this with you all
I'm not FIT yet but I lost some pudgey in 2 months
I think my arms got more shape now... 2 months ago you couldn't say if I was flexed or not.
This is 4 months progress, lost 26lbs. Still a looooong way to go, but I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far. Overcame anorexia and later on a serious binge eating disorder, but I'm finally on the right track for the first time in my life. My fat loss slowed significantly the last month, but I took a diet break for about a week then went back to my previous nutrition schedule and it kick started the fat loss again, hoping to lose another 20lbs by January 1, 2013.
Sorry I have no choice but to attach my pics, not enough posts lol.
Thank you!
Thank you, and yes I have 1 pic that shows how heavy I got. It's a screen shot from an old video back in 2010 so this one is even more blurry. I've had computers crash on me and went through a few phones so I've lost a lot of fat pics. Here's another comparison though

Slow casual progress first 6ish months, then really started to ramp up last 5ish months. 122kgs to 87kgs. Still more to go.
Hey guys this is my first post ! I would like to say that since I ever first looked at this thread I have been motivated and inspired by all of you, yes every single one of you ! :)
So I decided to get on a diet to lose fat, I am about 165-170 cm tall and currently 62.1 Kg. I first started during Feb 2013 till May 2013(from 83 Kg to 63 Kg) where I lost lots of fat and maybe muscle as well since I did not really care about my protein intake back then. Then I stopped till the end of August where I gained about 2-3 Kg and started again on the 1st of September but now I am trying to maintain my lean muscle mass while cutting , and it has been a month since.
First picture is Beginning of Feb , second picture today !
hi guys this is mine one year difference

Figured now is a good time to start posting and start with my progress. This is my progress starting from the first week in February to the last week in September of this year (2013). I owe everything I've learned this past year to these forums. Countless hours researching, reading, calculating, etc. and so far it has all paid off.

The research has paid off, bra.
Amazing. Would you mind posting your before/after stats along with height? Routine and diet would be welcome.
Sure,
February Stats: 6'0ft 235lbs
September Stats: 180lbs (as of this morning 178)
As for my routine when I started I was on a 4 day split of (m)chest/tri, (t)back/bi, rest, (th)Shoulders, (f) Legs, rest ,rest, repeat. However that all changed when i started getting more and more into researching these forums and realized my self made routine was garbage. My Current routine is a Legs/Push/Pull/Rest repeat.
Ill spare you my diet from the beginning because it was all over the place but basically i was just eating less with my meals then i was before but still not the greatest. Now that i learned how to cook my meals and make my own foods though my diet is fairly straight forward. I try to stay around 3 solid meals s day and a few snack meals in between. Here's an example of what a day would look like
brekafast: Egg white omelette with green, red and yellow peppers, onions, lean ham and chicken sausage
2 pieces of protein bread (got the recipe from the forums) with natural almond butter
snack: Protein shake with water or unsweetened almond milk OR if i have the time ill have a chicken breast usually around 138g its not much but its more satisfying then a shake or protein bar.
Lunch: Shrimp Stir Fry - basically i fill a pan with Mushroom, Zucchini, broccoli, carrots, yellow onions, red green yellow peppers, tomatoes and i use 1/2 tbls of avocado oil. You can sub shrimp with chicken or steak or whatever you like. This basically comes out as a giant vegetable salad with some meat chopped up in it.
Snack: Same as before
Dinner: Chicken breast with steamed broccoli, carrots and spinach.
Before Bed snack: 1/2 cup Delicious fat free cottage cheese
