Thank you!! im about 185 now, going to hopefully start an even bigger transformation now that school is starting and ill have the time:)
For lean muscle, try taking minimal time between sets. I'm talking rest time that is only changing weights, and drinking water, then back to the next set. Try to incorporate drop sets and super sets into your regimen as well. I hope this helps!
Mark
Got it, thanks Mark, i will keep that in mind in my workouts from now on.Looking forward to your next transformation. :)

This is my two year transformation. I'm doing my first physique show at the end of October (I'm 7.5 weeks out) and cutting the last of my fat hard. I've been on this site for at least twelve years so I can only hope to inspire others as you all have me!

370-260, feeling awesome
Whats up guys and gals!! Thought I would post this in a effort to maybe motivate someone who thinks they cant. 2 years ago i was 370lbs, pre diabetic, borderline high blood pressure, tired, sore and depressed. I finally had my epiphany when the doctor asked if i wanted an insulin pump or vials in the fridge, thats when the excuses stopped and the hard work began. Since then, I've cleaned up my diet, started counting macros and started lifting heavy and I'm loving every minute of it. Please feel free to critique, I want to be down about another 30lbs before I'm happy.
I was working only cardio (running + aerobic ) and eating less
but now should i keep losing fat or start bulkin ? cuz my goal is to be big without fat like fitness models
Great job! You definitely should start lifting weights. You can do light weight and high reps. This will help develop lean muscles plus the more muscle you build the more fat you will burn. Don't worry about the scale though as muscle weighs more than fat. Just use the mirror to measure your results. Keep up the great work!
Man, everyone in this thread is absolutely killing it! Browsing through this thread keeps me motivated beyond belief. Keep it up everyone!

Newbie here. Just wanted to share my results from eating Paleo. There may be those that think it sacrifices muscle and mass and all that good stuff. But that hasn't been the case in my experience! 2 years on and going strong! I cheat once per week with a single meal and every now and then I'll have some peanut butter, cuz I'm crazy like that!!!

Thats amazing. Serious dedication there man! Heres my own pics. I had a nerve injury in my shoulder and was out of the gym for over a month and stopped paying attention to my diet. When I got back in the gym I changed my routine around to more volume and did a low carb, high protein diet.

OK, I guess it's time for me to post here as well. Started with weight loss and training about 3,5 months ago. In that time I turned 36 years old and got from 116kg (about 256lbs) to 106kg (233lbs). Due to bad back, I had to skip most of compound exercises, but I'll start with deadlifts/squats/bent over bb rows soon (my physical therapist gave a green light, yey).
Hopefully, will post new pics in a about another 3 months, with less fat and more lean mass.
p.s., can someone estimate me bf% in those pictures. just curious, and haven't gotten around to find someone who can properly measure it.
p.p.s can't embed the picture, don't have enough posts on BB forum. so, click on attach
