Went from about 215 at age 17, to 190 now at age 20! The starting picture doesnt show my body but you can kinda tell what it would have looked like.

This is my 30 day transformation so far, weight about 155 down to 154. Im 5'6 started bodybuilding at 112 pounds in my senior year 2001. I got like this bc i was going to school and work for 2 years (no time for gym) so i turn to muss, I'm trying to make a come back.

When I got to Afghanistan I wanted to get back in shape. I wouldn't say I was really fat, but I definitely wasn't in shape.

How much weight do you guys think should I drop to get to 10% BF?
Hey guys this is my first post. This is probably the most motivational thread i have ever read! So much so that I joined Bobybuilding.com. I am 32 years old and 6' 2". I stalled over most of the summer and found it almost impossible to stick to a strict diet. Beer is my weakness, and with Beer comes Pizza or BBQ. I did how ever go to the Gym 5 days a week religiously and i think it shows. Here is the progress that I have made over the last 10 months.

I'd recommend that you clean bulk. You're gonna be on that Auschwitz time if you cut much further.

Just wanted to throw out another progress update pic. Got all my cutting done a while ago and now starting to get real serious with my bulking. Loose stomach skin is tightening and firming by the day. Real encouraging progress going on there. For those interested the rest of my progress pics from between these periods are in my profile.

Here are mine! I first lost some fat through skateboarding, then started to lift. This is about a year after I started, with a four month break due to a rotator cuff injury.

I'm just gonna cut another 5 lbs of fat before clean bulking. I really want to get rid of my flabby belly first.
I just want to post in this thread to say how motivational all these transformations are. I frequent this thread as much as possible because it inspires me to continue with my goals and despite living a sedentary/unhealthy lifestyle in the past, this thread proves to me that change is always an option.
I was 350lbs about 2 years ago now and cut down to 170lbs and have been bulking for a while now hovering around 203lbs. I'm nowhere near ready to display my progress but when I am, this thread will be the first place I post.
Keep on doing amazing things everyone, this may very well be the best thread on bb.com.

Heres mine, still not in very good shape but getting there :)
Started out at 154lbs
Trained for 2 years, ended up at 230lbs, bad nutrition, take aways, was not taking this seriously.
7 month cut at 194lbs now, nutrition and training taken seriously.
12 weeks more cutting using carb cycling.....
Cannot wait to bulk after xmas
