took nearly 11 months to loose 225 lbs (was 425 in the fat pic). The after pics are current, as of last night actually. It's been 3 years now since I was 425 lbs, and i'm currently in the best shape of my life.

That is awesome man, 225 in 11 months is incredible. Much faster than I lost mine, and I thought I took it off fast.
Congrats on keeping it off for 3 years!

Amazing inspiration here great job to everyone I'll be posting my transformation pics once I reach my goal
Hi Guys, i loe this thread, gives me motivation every day, i was wondering if you guys remember when started how you guys felt, what thoughts had. for example
When i see the transformation pictures and i look myself i feel like for me it will be impossible to get there.
I've been training for one month now i have 171 cm and 214 pounds , i know this is nothing , im using the MAX OT method i saw in that movie everybody knows and coming back to Jiu Jitsu 3x at week , and i am in a diet also because my doctor asked to do (i have fat liver problem, have to solve that)
So, can you guys share some stuff from that time you felt bad and fat and sad about.
Thanks so much and THANKS for the encouragement you guys give me every day to keep going.
Congratulation for all hard work and great Job.
Cheers
Ronaldo
Dont spose you have your gym routine and diet handy?
what suppliments were you taking?
Did ya do much cardio?
good job mannnn!
I don't have a detailed routine handy but
Monday - Chest
Tues - Back
Wed - Shoulders
Thurs - Bi/Tri
Fri - Legs/Back
As for my diet I just basically avoid crappy food
Breakfast Mon-Fri - 5 Egg whites, turkey, swiss, kethcup, wheat wrap
Lunch Mon-Fri Grilled Chicken, Swiss, Tomato, wheat wrap
Dinner Mon-Fri Steamed Chicken and Broccoli
Sat-Sun - cheats days if I feel like it
Supplements were Pink Magic and OxyElite Pro both used at the same time for 30 days and preworkout was Jack3d!
I was by no means fat but i have lost weight so my pics can go here.
My first pic is me at Week 5 after 5 weeks of cardio. I lost 14 lbs in my first 5 weeks so that was good. My second picture is week 9. So after 4 weeks here is my change. Its not massive but i can see differences.
3 of the 4 weeks was done on a cutting phase and the last week has seen me change to a bulking phase.
(PS, if anyone can put the pics in the thread or let me know how it would be appreciated, cheers)

Hey guys.
Wouldn't call it a transformation, more progress. But anyway, here are my results from late Jan to now.
I'v been really dedicated to my diet and training. Dropped 22lbs in weight and put on muscle mass.
Only just started my journey, its going to be a long one!
Look forward to posting more significant progress on this thread in the future!

Nice work lad. time frame between pics?
Well just turned 40 and never thought this is what it would be like. Been trying to research and learn about nutrition and fitness. Diet has really gotten me confused...so many out there. Some are low carb, some no carb, some low fat, some watch your macros. I get eat more small meals throughout the day and drink tons of water. I drink 2-3 liters of water per day now. I do here quite frequently how destructive carbs are to weight loss, which leaves you with lean proteins and veggies for the most part.
Exercise is not as difficult...get your fat ass on the treadmill and run till you pass out..j/k. I have heard that combining weights and cardio will produce better results, but my focus right now is weight loss.
I know this sounds like a rambling mess, just trying to find direction in all this wealth of information.. any tips are appreciated!
got some week 12 piks
first one week 1
second week 12
18kg down , having few days off then starting from feek 1 again

Thanks bud.
Took the before pics on new years day, so Jan, Feb and most of march. Only really started my training and diet regime late Jan though (researching most of Jan on plans), and have noticed the changes since then. Quite happy. Seeing a visible difference in such short space of time definitely spurs me on!
