Hahaha....Thanks man, I haven't seen most of my childhood friends for 3 years (When I was 270LBs) and i'm tagging a long with my sister and brother in law for a weekend road trip back home in August and I am willing to bet my buddies won't even recognize me!
Great job everyone. Everyone in here is motivation. Keep it up. I'll be posting before and after pics this August. That will mark my full year cut. I thought I'd be way further along but as long as folks like you guys are here I'll keep pushing.
Amazing transformations guys, this has motivated me even more! Let's get lean brahs.

few more months to go :) feb until the end of june? 220 to 184. just now starting to lose fat around my waist... hoping to be shredded by december :)
this thread has a hell of a lot of win all over...great motivator...how did a lot of you guys do this?...actually, let me rephrase it...at your bigger weights, did you just start doing heavy weights, along with either caloric deficit or caloric surplus....or did you also include cardio into your routine?...just asking to see how you guys worked it out for yourself...i started a couple weeks ago, 5'4", around 170lbs...just doing mainly weights, with some jogging here and there...and eating at around 1500-1700 calories...will post pics when i take them to show where i am right now...ive been confused as to whether i should just maintain a caloric deficit right now or go into a surplus whilst working out heavy weights and then cut...just figured doing that, i will look "bigger", and not in a good way...
Hi guys, used you all for motivation and im getting there myself, 9weeks in i have lost 28lbs here are my comparison pictures, thanks everyone for the motivation!

You guys are awesome! I'm morbidly obese, and have always been fat. In 2007 I decided to get in shape and lost a lot of weight but when I started college I stopped working out. Six months later, my dad died and I really got into a deep depression. I let myself go really really bad and got in very bad shape but in December I decided to change my life once and for all. I've already lost 58 pounds and started Insanity 9 days ago. Of course I can't do every work out like the people on the videos but I try my best and adjust some exercises to what I can do.
I use this thread as extra motivation to keep working on my transformation so I want to say thanks to every one of you for being an inspiration. I hope some day I can post my pictures here.
Take care.
