Looks like a different person - Way to go!
After college I quit working out and gained weight up to 275 lbs. After my wedding (Feb 21st, 2015) I decided it was time for a change. The other picture is from around Oct of 2015. I'm currently looking forwarding to participating in my first powerlifting meet.

Awesome Transformation NormalMan. Out of curiosity, what is the time difference between pictures? Good job!
My 4 month cutting results, I wasn't really fat but the difference is immense. I lost 28 lbs
Hey guys! I'm Ryan, and I'm 24 years old from Toms River NJ. This is my progress so far. My initial inspiration came from this very thread so I felt that I should share my progress. The gym is my passion right now, and I can't wait to see where the future takes me. I started this journey in 2014 at 281.2 lbs. I'm currently at 207. For some reason the mobile site wont allow me to post pictures but they're on my bodyspace. I would love to talk fitness with new friends so if you're looking for the same shoot me a text on kik; PaleHorseman68. Guy, girl, young, old, I don't really care. Thanks guys!
Wow, lots of inspiration in here!
I know i still have a long way to go but here is my current progress. Wishing all the best to everyone :)

Fantastic work man! I've made progress similar to yours but I've still not lost the little fat under my belly button besides that abs are pretty visible. Any advice?
Thanks and once again great job!

I'm always surprised when people can't read the title of this thread. Here's a spoiler; it says, "Transformations: Fat to Fit," not "Hey, look at me, even though I was never fat."
@ cherrygarcia80
Congrats on the wonderful transformation. Very inspiring. Thank you for sharing!! :D

Nice job! What was your starting weight?
Hey guys. TONS of inspiration here. You all look so awesome and whenever I need inspiration I come to this thread. I'd really like some friends to talk fitness with, or anything really, so if you're looking for the same shoot me a message. There's nothing better than having someone else to share the struggles and triumphs with. Here's my progress so far. Still have a ways to go. 281 to 207.

Awesome transformation. You and I have similar builds. What was the time frame for you? I'm about a month in and down 10 lbs so far.

Thanks! I started a few years ago. In about 6 months I dropped from 281 to around 230. I fell off for a year and got back on it December 2015 at around 250 lbs. I currently sit at 204.8. If I can put the time frames together I would say about a year total. Awesome job with the first 10 lbs!
hai all.. nice to meet you guys.. im new here :)
this is my transformation.. 2 years work hard, and keep going :)
Brilliant work every one, keep it up!!
Hey bros, my name is bob. First time poster here, in the middle of a post college life fat to fit transformation. I have been lifting weights since I was 16 (24 now) but have finally gotten serious about my vision and know exactly how I want to look. Currently 6'0" 222lbs, but I'm not sure where I stand body fat percentage wise. I would appreciate it if some of you Bros would give me an estimate? Also I have considered steroids but feel the risks are too great and that I have the genetics to get the body I want anyways, what do you bros think?
couldnt upload photo so you can just use my profile pic for reference

12 week weight loss
Hell yah man, that's an awesome transformation! You lost chest hair and grew head hair...LOL! :)
Hey gents. Been a lurker for some time, first post but. Some awesome transformations here!
My story is a long one. Was an overweight, borderline obese kid between the ages of 7 and 16 and decided to lose the weight back in 2010. Went pretty skinny for a few years, slowly put some of the weight back on over the years, though I was never drastically out of shape.
Bottom left on the collage is a picture from last November, a month before I decided to start lifting seriously. Bottom right is me today, albeit still a WIP. Height: 6"3 - Weight: 84 kg
It ain't much, but here's my progress.
Dates: September 7, 2014 - April 7 2015
Weight: 325 - 295
Pants waist: 44 - 42
Shirt: XL - XL
My first 12 weeks went well, then Christmas happened, & a lot of pizza/hibachi/chinese buffet happened. I still weight lifted daily, but didn't get back on my diet until march. I got down to 292 by the first week of december. I'm back down to 295 right now. I'm currently on Kris Gethin's 12 week trainer, 2000 k/cals per day, 40+ minutes of cardio per day, and lifting 5 days per week. I would love to see a size 38 pants by the end of summer if at all possible. I'm waiting for the day I can chill at the lake with no shirt on and be proud instead of embarrassed.

My stomach size doesn't seem to have changed, but my chest is filling out - pecs are definitely getting bigger/firm.
Today April 7, 2015

Time for a 1 year update! I've spent the last year mostly powerlifting & recomping. I LOVE the effect it's have on my body! I've started cutting hard recently to lean out using Lyle Mcdonald's rapid fat loss handbook. I'm STILL waiting for the day I can chill at the lake with no shirt on and be proud instead of embarrassed. In the last 2 months I've received a lot of complimetns about how big a change is starting to become noticeable. I still see myself as really fat & probably always will.
Dates: September 7, 2014 - April 7, 2015 - April 29, 2016
Weight: 325 - 295 - 265
Pants waist: 44 - 42 - 38
Shirt: XL - XL - L (some mediums)

Hi guys, just wanted to show my weight loss so far. The first two photos are from Feb 2015 and the next two are from May 2016. I was 436 lbs in the first two, while I'm currently at 196 lbs. I'm no where close to where I want to be, but I got the weight off and now it's time to lean and muscle up. I've been weight training for the past 7 weeks and really enjoy it, the ultimate goal is to look like a lot of the people on here one day haha. As you can see I have a lot of loose skin, mostly in my thighs and stomach but I knew that was going to happen because of how fast I lost it. Currently trying to cut to about 170-175. Hoping the next couple years I'll get close to what I want to be at, I know it's a long process and this new lifestyle is something I've adopted. I'm ready for the journey and can't wait to see where I can get.

Thanks man, well after being on these forums for awhile I've learned what I was doing was more than likely really unhealthy.
I work in a kitchen so I was already decently active, and I would walk a mile on the treadmill every other day. I was only consuming about 1,200-1,500 calories a day which like I said, learned that was probably not a good idea. I was only eating: fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, grilled chicken breast, brown rice, vegetables (usually broccoli or sweet potatoes) and water ONLY. Also was an intermittent fast where I ate from around 11am to 6pm only eating twice a day.
Now I've learned I don't have to do that, just a caloric deficit of 10-20% and I'm going to try to lose these next 20-25 lbs the "safe way", slowly over time.

Wowww what a loss well done! How did you get the motivation to eat below 1500 cals & nothing between 6pm-11am & stick to such a ''boring'' diet for 15 months?
Good luck with the next step of your journey, your skin is actually really good for such a huge/fast drop! Age/genetics on your side ;)

Honestly I kind of brainwashed myself that the less I eat the more I could lose which like I said, found out was extremely unhealthy lol... Also the skin is pretty bad if I pull on it, in my arms I can pull the bottom of my arm out like 2 inches while my stomach is pretty much just a huge skin pouch but I know over time that'll all change. But thanks man I'm ready for the future.
My transformation.
