Phenomenal!
I have a similar body toy our before pic but with a slightly higher bf% your after is definitely my goal, did you bulk all the way there? I'm not sure whether to continue cut or start bulking! Any tips would be appreciated!
first i cut down to 75 , then i bulked up to 92 kg, then cut to 85, then bulked to 100 kg, then cut to 82 kg, and then i bulked to 93 (now)
Went from being around 270 lbs two years ago to 167lbs currently.
I have a thread tracking my progress, but I can't post the link here.
I have been on a cut from getting quite chubby! I started my cut July 15th 2015, unfortunately i did not take pics when i started out so its hard to see the difference because of my shirt on.
I am also curious on how much more weight or bf% i should loose before i start to bulk. i am not 100% sure what my bf is at but the bio-impedance scale at the gym says 16%. although i know those scales are not the most accurate. Any ways here is my transformation so far still got lots to go thanks!
2 year transformation , 220lbs to 150 lbs
Hope you all like :)
My transformation so far starting weight 152kg now 117kg. see avatar for pic
From fat to fit in 100days. cheers =)
In the left photo taken in January, I was in a bad shape, weighing at 82KG with a body fat of about 15-16% and clear loss of muscle mass - I had a bad strain from training in December which prevented me from training hard. It affected me psychologically and I lost the motivation to train. Basically, I got into a rut and just let go. In January, I looked in the mirror and decided the rut had to stop. I started to get back into training and got down to about 12% body fat in end March.
I managed to gain muscle until I hit 86KG, but I became impatient and started to dirty bulk. And that got me way too fat as my body fat went up to about 20% and my weight to 89KG in June. And that’s how I looked in the middle photo. At this point, the inbody machine showed I had 44.7KG of muscle, but all that fat is covering it up.
In the 'After' picture on the right, I'm weighing at 81KG with a body fat percentage of 6.9% and 44.4 KG of muscle based on the machine (freaking machine cost almost 5 figures). It might not be 100% accurate, but it's the best I can get. Not that I have someone to help with caliper testing or DEXA scan. Even though I dropped from 89KG to 81KG, I managed to maintain most of my muscle mass thanks to a solid training and diet program.

OMG lol, i was googling how long u can last eating nothing, this is interesting to read:
http://zidbits.com/2013/06/how-long-can-you-live-off-the-fat-in-your-body/
"Fun Fact: In 1965, a severely obese man starved himself and survived off his body fat for 1 year and 17 days. He was continually monitored by University of Dundee medical staff in Scotland who only fed him yeast, multi-vitamins and occasionally potassium for his heart. They kept their eye on his condition and took routine blood tests. After all was said and done, he had dropped from 456 pounds to 180 pounds. He was weighed again 5 years later and had only put on 15 pounds"

HAHA dude, pls, just dont do that.
I have posted in here years ago, but man the past 18 months or so I have taken my physique to the next level and competed in my first two bodybuilding shows this year.
NOTE...I dont want these pics to come off as advertisement...they were taking off my Instagram.
Background. Type 1 diabetic, started out over 200lbs under 5'5 in high school. Lost 75lbs or so the first year (see first pic) and I have been building myself back up ever since. Currently about 184.

A photo collage of before my show
Been years of hard work and a lot of learning. Diabetes caused me to break bones, have seizures, smash my head numerous times due to low blood sugars. For once I have "figured" my body out and can control my diabetes regardless of a high or no carb diet
Hey guys, I'm new to the forums. Scrolling through this thread, I want to congratulate all of you guys on your transformations :)
I myself have been through a body transformation (from 130kg to 80kg) and I still have excessive body fats around my stomach area, everywhere else is in good shape. Any advice?
Hey man, as you may know that the body is not able to spot reduce fat. So as your bodyfat percentage continues to go down the loose skin should tighten a bit better.
I remember watching a video from Elliot Hulse and that's what he had mentioned.
This is my 1 year before/after transformation. Didn't know the facial structure would change this much but #feelsgood
Congrats! Yes it's incredible how much the face can change, I know it first hand too :D
Only been going at it properly since July but this is a picture from last year to now. It's nowhere near as good as some on here but it definitely helps me with motivation to keep going. Hopefully I'll have some proper changes over the new year. I have lost a total of 24lbs doing mainly compound lifts whilst eating at a caloric deficit. It's been stable around 176-180 for the last 2 months now though so think I may add cardio which is something I rarely do at the moment.
It's been quite the ride.

Closer? Man you look absolutely phenomenal. Great job. Repped.
Closer? Man you look absolutely phenomenal. Great job. Repped.
Thanks, I just have a few more pounds to cut down to really be happy, but yeah Iv'e come along way, but the journey is never over, always trying to better myself, get bigger or stronger or leaner.
Here you go...
The top tips in the rsz pic are from mid-2014. 183lbs and 39% bodyfat.
Bottom pics are from August 2015... 156lbs and 24% bodyfat.
The 2015...numbers pic (I'm so lazy on renaming them) is from this morning, 154lbs and 22.8% bodyfat. Just felt good about myself this morning so I took it.
And there's so much more than just the looks, really. In the "before" pics I had depression, anxiety, and was just a frustrated wreck. Now those things are a thing of the past. Training hard and eating right are really the best choices I've ever made in my life! And I REALLY wish I took a proper "before" pic in just a sports bra and shorts or something. Quite the regret I didn't. Oh well.

If you don't mind my butting in here, other than the huge definition (and the tattoo), I don't find his transformation all that unbelievable.
If my numbers are correct (used a kg=lbs converter), he lost about 47 Lbs. I certainly believe he could have done that in three (3) months, especially if he stayed on his diet and training routine religiously.
At the age of 56, I dropped 52# in just at 3.5 months, and kept it off!
While in the end, I didn't have that kind of definition, that wasn't my goal. My goal was to lose the weight, get healthy, and into some shape other than round. Frankly, it was diet that did 95% of the work. I went almost totally Paleo for that period, did crossfit 4-5 days a week, and stayed in a regular gym routine 1-2 days a week.
As for his definition and any issue of saggy skin, from the pictures I'd say he's young. As such, his skin naturally has more elasticity than say mine, and while it's a large weight loss, he wasn't "obese" to begin with.
I won't argue that the total transformation is hard to believe. That definition like that could be had in three (3) months; however, I can't ignore the facts as presented. In my world, we deal with facts, evidence and forensics. The Tat was the first thing that stood out, but that can be added pretty quickly and healed up well in three months (MOL).
Brother, whatever you're doing, keep on doing it!
Later.
I haven't been on this site for long, but I'm very inspired by what I've learned and seen here so far. My husband and I have been on a weight loss journey for awhile. I had twins in 2012 and shortly after having them, my weight hit a new high. :( Last year, with my husbands support and help, we've made lifestyle changes including going to the gym 4-5 days a week and eating healthier. A couple of months ago we started really hitting the weights hard and I have made some amazing progress with my weight lifting. I'm don't know all the correct terminology or even what exercises are called what, but I'm having fun doing it and I feel stronger than ever. At 32 yrs old, biological mother of 3 (but mothering 5 kids) I feel great. I can bench press 135 lbs and do things now that I couldn't have dreamed about doing 2 yrs ago. I look forward to learning about new programs and getting lots of great advice. I have a long way to go and still have a lot of fat to lose but I can't be anything but happy with my progress so far. :)
This is only my 2nd post.
I've been around for a while, usually don't log in, just read and try to learn something new.
I've been going through this thread, and have seem some AMAZING transformations!
That said, yours and your husbands really got my attention.
First, I love seeing a couple work together toward a common goal.
I feel it builds a much stronger bond and relationship overall.
Your before and afters were beautiful!
You can see the confidence and joy in both of your faces in that last pic.
Congrats and keep up the great work.
You'll both be better off for it, and be able to chase those kids, and eventually their kids, around for a long time.
Hello guys i'm back. I've post my pics but a few days later i quit my gym for a 2 months because my workout was extreme bored and its a long journey to home-gym
So , i entered in a new gym and now i can get in the gym by a small time and my friends are in too
I will re-post my old pictures and send my actual pics. In these two months I did not win a lot of weight, so did not make much difference to my body
I will post my pictures in order that I was getting fat and then lost weight ok ?
I used Lipo 6 Black UC to burn in the first time , now i'm using to burn the rest of the fat the super HD cellucor
I'm very happy with my results but I know I need to improve even more and I am on the way to it. In the near future this rest lose fat I have left put'm already very happy with my current body
So , that's it , here is the pictures.
I'm accepting suggestions :D
