Officially in :-). The 165 was a quick measure (though I'm officially not to measure till I finish my cut this Sat) but I figure not much will change in 3 days.
6 month journey to get from 225 to 165lbs now. Started off with P90 (not X) with a clean diet and after 90 days, added in lots of running and cardio. Went heavy on the lifts this cut (2 weeks ago).
Figure still got about 5 lbs to lose so I'll do one more cut before end summer. But very happy with the outcome. Last time I was at 165lbs was when I got married some 15 years ago.
Yay for EC Stack that helped me greatly.

My transformation!
1 Year transformation. From 265 lbs and 25% body fat to 215 lbs and 12 % body fat. Dislocated my knee cap, tore meniscus and strained acl/mcl in a football game. Gained a ton of weight in a short period of time. I finally decided it was time to take action and went hard at it for a year while in my 1st year of college and living on my own. Temptation and maintaining my self control were two of the hardest factors this past year in making this possible.

Just saw that the pics I took the other day were almost 3 years to the day from some old photos I had, grabbed two with a same pose and made a comparison photo. Opinions?

Unfortunately, the latest picture I have of my former self is a year older than when I started cutting.
As it says on the attachment I've been cutting since late February 2012, and only started working out towards late January 2013 - happy with my progress so far.
'Before' - 265lbs
'Before working out' - 190lbs but like 26% bf I think (Dont quote me on that - unfortunately Ive lost the pic of me before working out topless)
'progress' 176lbs - unsure on bf%

Keep up the good work guys

15 month progress
I have always been overweight but had been lifting weights for several years. Cleaned up the diet and started HIIT in addition to my weight training. It took around 15 months..imgur.com/a/avthZ
Had to do the URL this way because it wouldn't let me post it.

I just posted my 12-Week Gethin Trainer progress results on my profile. Going to keep it up and see where I am in another 4-6 weeks.

Hey, thanks!
About a year and a bit for the top one, and about 4 months for the bottom.
I hired Josef Rakich off these boards. Track your calories, lift 5 days a week (split) and cardio (HIIT) 3 days a week.
Good luck!
