Heres my 53week transformation.. I was 235lbs in the left picture and im now 167lbs. Ive been purely doing insanity for the last 9 months with a 90day p90x before that. Ive just started month 2 of my final round of insanity today and will be joining the gym (again) after that to put on some mass, i dont plan on getting too carried away however. Also started leangains last week, hoping to get these abs popping in the next few months! New member, going to tap into the wealth of knowledge here..

Thanks! It is amazing what a little hard work can do.. I cleaned up my diet a lot, started eating clean and dropped nearly all carbs. Im only human though so nearly every week i would have a cheat meal, i also didn't let this stop my social life and more often than not i would go out on a saturday night and sink a few to many beers. But i followed the principal that if 90% of my diet was ok then the other 10% could be off.

If it wouldn't be so creepy, I'd post both of these transformations on my refrigerator. One for me and the other for the lady. Neither of us are nearly as big as your "befores," but I'd do cartwheels for the "afters."
Excellent job.
I know which picture would be there for you :D
thanks guys :D
A little tip, ditch the makeup (or at least use a lot less) you are good looking but you cake on makeup, you would look much better if your face looked natural.
No offence as I said you are attractive.
Thanks !!! Hopefully it will get even better from here :)
70kg --> 52kg
Hey! What was your diet and exercise plan like when you first started? I am at 70 kg right now and am looking to be at around 52~54 as my target weight. I would appreciate any tips you might have! :) Keep it up, you look amazing!

This... and as other dude said, not trying to be a dick, but ya, makeup overload is really unattractive. You don't need as much.
I never thought my workout was going to end today.
Now I rest, if I recoup enough I go back tonight for a hour.
Also are your guys really discussing someones ability to use makeup?
Same guys that would have talked behind a persons back for not being perfect.
Wear whatever you want, don't listen to Charlie Brown and his crew.
thanks guys :D
I just wanted to say great job. Alot of women find it difficult to change their morphology as much as you have. Im very curious to hear your diet, routine, overall attitude, and timeline. There are several GF's that would benefit from hearing your story. I wish you continued success and honestly find it awe inspiring. Take care :)
Quite a while between the two as I didn't take a pic before dieting last year as I didn't think I'd stick to it..

both great! Well done lads!
this thread is amazing, I respect and admire the discipline and hard work that's so clearly paid off
for now, while I begin my own transformation, I use this place as a motivator, for those time when I think up an excuse to go home, instead of the gym
thank you everyone
Really motivating to see all of this. Amazing work everyone.
Here is my 4 month transformation, I Still have a ways to go to reach my goal of 180 pounds 8-10% body fat but I have progressed well thus far. Keep fighting everyone and don't let yourself accept who you are right now when you can be better. No matter what your genetics is you can achieve any body you want, but no one side it would be easy. Remember... the best supplement we have is our mind.
