Hi guys.
In 2013 I weighed over 400lbs. My before picture here is at ~360 about 6 months prior to my peak.
Current pics are at 235lbs 6'2 28 y/o.
Clearly still a work in progress. Been losing a little bit of motivation lately and still having a lot of body image issues, but going to stay on track.

Hey all. I started my transformation back in February of this year. These pictures are from about mid-February. I still want to cut a bit more, but I'm excited to bulk this winter.
Any guesses on my current body fat percentage would be highly appreciated!
Started at 203 or so:

Damn brah you're looking thick, solid, tight. Keep it up.
Timeframe? More before pics? Diet/workout routine etc?
Hi guys,
Here my 7 month transformation, not done the healthiest way unfortunately. Have joined the gym 2 weeks ago to finish the rest off the proper way.
You can follow my thread 'the beginning' for a weekly update.
Great stories here, enough motivation to keep me going for sure!

I've been working on my body for 5 years now.
First picture was in 2010 (on the left), last picture was last week.
could've achieved a lot more in that time if I started paying attention to my nutrition from day one

You look great, but you know this is the FAT to Fit transformation thread, right?
Can anyone give me some advice please? I have been going to the gym for about a year and half now after loosing about 60 lbs. After a few monthns of loosing all this weight I was still going to the gym 4-5 times a week, but I started eating whatever I wanted and gained some weight back. So in July 2014 I started a small cut. I have lost right at about 20 lbs and gone from a size 34 jean to a 32 which I am very pleased with. But now I do not know if I should continue cutting or start trying to get bigger and I obvously have my diet under control now so that part I'm not to worried about. My main thing is I want people to be able to tell that I go to the gym and bust my butt every morning at 5:30 am. If anyone could give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated.
the picture in the pink underwear is right before I started the cut and the one on the right was october the 6th

Looks like you've built yourself a pretty good base cause you can definitely tell that there is muscle there. I don't know what others would say, but I honestly think you could go either way regarding bulking vs. cutting. If I were you, I would probably cut a little more. Looks like theres still some fat that could be lost before you start bulking. How tall are you?
You look great, but you know this is the FAT to Fit transformation thread, right?
Hey Gen1GT, I've been a lurker on here for a long time and noticed that you always leave these types of comments. Just because someone doesn't fit within your definition of "fat" does not give you the right to say this. This community exists for people to support each other and I'm honestly getting tired of you saying that people "aren't fat" or shouldn't be posting here. Please let people share their progress without trolling the forum - not cool man!

I'm not trying to be a douche, and I want to support everyone as much as I can. However, TunaFish93 was never fat. He should have posted here instead:

If you're not fat, you don't know what it's like going through life as a fat person. If they have their own body dysmorphia issues and think 18% bodyfat is fat, that's not my problem. I'm happy for TunaFish93 and his transformation (and the transformation of everyone else). But this thread was created to celebrate the hugely difficult task of transforming from Fat to Fit. I just don't want to take anything away from the individuals in this thread who deserve the massive recognition they do. This WHOLE FORUM is a great place for support and encouragement, and there are hundreds of threads and topics where individuals in various stages of body composition can go for their support.
I'm just asking people to choose the appropriate thread to share their accomplishments in. If you didn't start with more than 25% bodyfat, I'm sorry, you weren't "fat."
You literally look like a different person entirely. Amazing. Congratulations to you and everyone here!

This. Good job on the results, definitely deserving of recognition and you should be happy, but this is the wrong thread. 1) you may not get the proper recognition and advice 2) some us may be discouraged because of the size of the mountain to climb compared to yours

Pictured. I'm actually about 217 on the left after losing 20lbs. On the right i'm 177ish.
