No shame in losing out to her. She's got some ridiculous speed from what I have seen.

Yes.

Lol At them being 4 pound off what they state.
Got to love how eating competitions do that
when i went for my 3lb Gyro in Washington PA they placed it on a scale when making it and it was over 5lbs
I was like "So much for being a 3lb challenge"
lady kind of rolled her eyes.

Yeah, from what I have seen this (2-3 lb. fluctuations) is not uncommon. I have to imagine that there is a bunch of eyeballing happening when preparing these things.
Molly Schuyler's ******** reports that she finished the "Big Fat Fatty" Challenge at Fat Sal's Deli in Los Angeles in 14:13, less than half the time needed for the only two previous finishers Miki Sudo (32 min) and Jamie McDonald (40 min). (Eyewitness account calls feat "beautiful?") (via email) Molly also finished the VictorEChallenge at Bulldog Burger in Fresno in 4 minutes.
She is not human...14 minutes for 13 pounds?
Incredible.
^^^
Lol yeah she was showing me pictures of her "lunch" (on her phone) that day which was that challenge.. As she sipped on her shake AFTER defeating the BFF.
Absolutely insane.

I Saw the massive scale in the kitchen as they prepared it.
Molly is not too bad for someone a few years ago who smoked you at IHOP and you were clueless on who she was eh :)?

The "Big Fat Fatty" REMATCH challenge - 13b Sandwich | Ft. Molly Schuyler

This challenge was my biggest ever.
A 13 POUND sandwich.. "The Big Fat Fatty".
A 27 inch garlic bun. Pounds of pastrami, cheeseburgers, chicken fingers, jalapeņo poppers, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fried eggs.... All smothered in "fat sauce" AND a combination of chili and marinara sauce.. This was/is the only food challenge that I've ever failed out of my 26 total food challenges.
I did this challenge with arguably one of the best eaters in the world, Molly Schulyer. Molly finished the sandwich in 14 minutes and 26 seconds out of the 40 minute time limit. I started off extremely strong with this challenge.. Separating the meat from the fries but eventually my strategy broke down as the fries and breaking from the chicken fingers became mixed with the handfuls of pastrami meat. As the 30 minute mark came, all I had left was the bun and a few fries left. Unfortunately, the bun was simply became too much and got stuck in my eso****us. After that occurred, the food came back up and I realized that I wouldn't be able to compete the 13 pound monster.
I'm dissapointed but am very happy to see how far I've come from the last time I did this challenge back in 2013. I discovered my true capacity at 12 pounds (1lb of fries was what left) and I met one of the most down to earth and most genuine individuals in my life. I'll continue to try at this beast and will actually train for it next time (as I did no prep work for this one)"
Starting off..

That is a serious amount of food man. Congrats on making it through 12lbs. I envision you one day conquering the "Big Fat Fatty."
^Still put far more than a dent in that thing, impressive!

Thanks brother. It's hard not to be dissapointed with a pathetically low amount of food left. But I'll get it next time. (Hopefully)

There's no easy way to slice through that challenge from what I've seen. Looking forward to see what your team can do, Erik!
(I'll show myself out now, lol)
Thanks guys, I'm stoked!
If I were going to do a team challenge, I would do it with my 100 pound 16 year old cousin. She and I got into it with a Shrimp Boil for thanksgiving one year, she is definitely my go to.
Good Luck though, looks like fun.
