Hmm interesting. Why?
Hey guys I just made a thread in the nutrition section, but they told me to come here as well. Basically here in Italy we don't have food challenges so I would like to do my own ones at home. Girls don't normally do them so I'm interested to see if I can impress some bad boys out there on youtube. I would like to start at home, so that if something happens (vomit, bathroom, etc) It won't happen at a restaurant lol but I really don't know how I start. I would like to try with my favorite foods: icecream and pizzas. Any ideas for me? What would you like to watch? I really have no idea of how much my stomach can handle cause I've never tried something like this but I know I can eat a lot for a girl... Thanks !!
just start with what ever you like.....try tubs of ice cream....or crazy stuff like containers of oatmeal....what ever floats your boat...or gallon of prune juice(lol)
Apparently there are only 3 challenges near me, 2 of them are eating some extremely spicy wings but that seems too easy. The other one is a ****ing 2 kilo burger, nobody has been able to finish it, i have a lot of faith in myself but i don't know, what do you guys think?
Hmm interesting. Why?
I'm assuming it's based on your ED history.
I'm assuming it's based on your ED history.
This.
yea he lost first round though, i knew he could eat but not cook
Always figured he was more of the figure head of his restaurant than actual cook anyways, sad to see him out so fast either way though.

^ I'm in.
Today, we had a first in Neighbors Pizza history. Molly Schuyler, a competitive eater from Nebraska, came to our Olivehurst location to take on the 24' Alaska-Size Challenge. Here's where it gets a little crazy. She wanted to take this 2-person challenge by herself and she wanted 3 toppings instead of the usual 1 topping requirement. Little did we know that this was kid's play for Molly. She demolished this pizza in less than 30 minutes. In addition, she was still hungry at the end. Wow, here's to you Molly. Congratulations!

Fuddruckers Challenge is back I see!
did this as my last challenge for my 1 year ($500) bet with my 5 buds to complete all 23 san diego county area food challenges within the confines we had set beforehand. this ended the ordeal on march 4th where i did the burger and fries in 34 minutes flat and loved every damn minute of it! their buns are the best ever and they even went turkey burger and sweet fries for me if i promised to put a post up on all my social media pages (which i did to!) i would do this one to in mission valley san diego but i have an event that night after work following my own workout so wont make it.....and i hate that i wont!
^ I will most likely be doing the Fuddruckers Challenge.
Totally "Cut friendly" lol

Not going to pay 19.99 for a challenge that I won't get free. Looks pretty tasty though.

Sup guys,
I'm scouting around for my first food challenge, how do-able is no.1 and no.2?
http://www.thesmartlocal.com/read/food-challenges
Any tips for no.2?
The mother of all burgers. 1.6 pounds of juicy beef patty, 1 pound of slow cooked pulled pork, 1 pound of southern
buttermilk fried chicken and a good serving of slaw, lettuce and tomato wedged between a custom-made 9 inch bun,
served with a bucket of fries. Adequately feeds 2 stoners or 4 adults

Sup guys,
I'm scouting around for my first food challenge, how do-able is no.1 and no.2?
I'd say both are doable, not too hard if you have a good appetite; would love to smash those.
Really depends on the person, I know tons of people that say that they can take on those types of challenges. Yet can't even finish a subway footlong, lmao.
I could easily do that cinnamon roll challenge I spotted in here a couple months ago. I love cinnamon rolls. I'd eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner if it were socially acceptable.
Said by no one.. ever.
lmao

Yea exactly. I don't want to go in over my head. Appreciate any input from the regulars of this thread!
TIA
I still need a willing partner to take down 1 of two challenges in San Diego with me sometime soon. Randy Santel of FoodChallenges.com is begging me to do both of them and film them for his website to have live footage and representation from CA coast. His site is brand new more or less and video features is what he really wants/needs.
One is the Crown Jewel 15 scoop sundae challenge with toppings at MooTime Creamery on Coronado Island in San Diego. 30 minutes to finish and free plus t-shirt or pay $20.
The other is Guahan's fried rice challenge in OceanSide, CA. 5lb of chicken fried rice topped with 5 fried eggs. Finish in 1 hour and free plus t-shirt and name on wall of fame.
One other newcomer to the area I am reluctant to do because of its 15 minute max time limit (stuffing your face with anything in super short time period is not my thing) a 5lb sushi roll at Kimiya Sushi in Point Loma, San Diego. Finish in 15 and free or pay $30.
I want to do one of the first 2 with a partner (side by side rather) and film it to make for a kick ass video feature Randy can post on his website.
Hit me up if your interested folks!

isnt randy from the mid west? Missouri area or something? and currently his FB isnt he headed to england or some place in europe?
damn oregon i'd be tempted to give that a whirl with you if i was closer.

I would love to do them with him no question. I have seen him compete live 3x when I was back in Columbia, MO and he was in Kansas City. I am in San Diego now and he is still back in the KC area. And right now through the end of the month he is in England as mentioned above. Not likely he is coming out to sunny SD anytime soon that I know of.
Most likely going to be doing the "10,000 calorie challenge"... EXCEPT... it will be ~ 15,000 calories and it will ALL be with "clean food". No liquid calories.. Eggs, Trail Mix, Chicken Breast, Peanut Butter, Bacon, Oats, Etc
Bacon and pb are clean? What definition are you using?
Bacon and pb are clean? What definition are you using?
One were he buys non-contaminated food?
Edit- INB4 clean vs dirty discussion.
Also, INB4 Erik does the 1 pound butter challenge?
Bacon and pb are clean? What definition are you using?
Hence the reason why I hate using the term.
Clean (to me): Minimally processed, whole foods.
Not sure if srs if you don't think PB/AB aren't clean. Every broscientist in the world advocates eating them.

Store bought pb and bacon are pretty processed
Store bought pb and bacon are pretty processed
That's why I make my own PB.
This is all pretty amusing coming from you, of all people.
