Ample Hills is the best!!
Have been to that creamery in Brooklyn many times, its actually not far from where I was born :D
I think Bob recently ordered from them as well
My brother lives in Crown Heights, I got him an AH gift certificate for his birthday :) Bob has great taste in ice cream!
Ample Hills is F'in Legit
Until you get your eating back in check and overcome some of the hardships you are enduring, I would consider pursing it sometime in the future.
Yep! Keeping it in the back of my mind as motivation :) Definitely something that I'll consider more seriously in the distant future.
^ Looks delicious, definitely something I'd try if I were ever in that area.
You have plans to come to NY any time soon, Erik? So much good ice cream everywhere. If you're ever out here I'd definitely recommend the Big Gay Ice Cream Shop or Ample Hills Creamery for frozen treats. But my actual favorite dessert place in the entire city, oddly, happens to be totally vegan: http://vegandivasnyc.com/ They even ship their products internationally!

Reason being is this. Coming from someone who was in your shoes a long time ago, It could lead to a binge/restriction cycle. You get the green light and go all out on a huge eating challenge. You get the feeling of guilt. Leads to restriction, and then a bad cycle that practices bad habits and relationships with food.
Continue on your journey and take those baby steps to overcome your disorder!

If you head to the scoop shop grab some hand packed pints. well worth the investment. I don't live by AH so i had to make an order. Stlll was not bad like 70$ for 6 pints including shipping for ice cream thats a steal.
Under 5 minutes haha more like 2:05 seconds wow.

Yea. the amount of fluid is crazy too.. That's about 3-4L?
I thought he was gonna choke it down dry though.

well i would not be either sticking to basic brands. Go explore some high end stuff and you will see the quality it may pack. Handel's, Graeter's, Ample Hills etc will surpass your local B&J or grocery store brand you may buy. Like that snickerdoodle knock off brand you got for the Cinn Swirl cake
But again comes down to personal preference. Just make sure you got a tall coffee when doing the vermonster your body will start to freeze.

I take after Stonie himself.
I remember my buddy off here (Xquick) who use to post all the time back in the day.
I went to visit him up in boston for a weekend, and he did a challenge stonie failed (La familia gorgio Pasta bowl 2lbs pasta 2lbs seafood so about 4 pounds cooked pasta)
he did the vermonster after his first bodybuilding show and was cold for 3 days.
No joke haha

Well, this was my first restaurant challenge in AGES! I also wanted to do one for my upcoming "Competitive Eating Cheat Day" video which will be released soon! Hoping you guys enjoy it! If you're ever in San Diego, hit them up for AWESOME BBQ.
With most of my challenges, I usually only do them if they are "free if completed", but with this one.. since they're a local business and they make amazing food. I wanted to support them! Give the video a thumbs up, like, and share if you can! Thanks guys!

fentons = Large traditional sundae's with graeters quality
bi-rite = super ultra premium quality.....I know I might get negged/bashed but it puts jeni's to shame and has very unique flavors like honey lavender, maple walnut, balsamic strawberry, earl grey, Basil and Matsumoto Peach... etc...basically 8641 yelp reviews and a 4.5star rating..

The Great American BREAKFAST Challenge | 18,000+ Calories

This one was INSANE! As you guys may (or may not) know..Breakfast foods are my FAVORITE types of foods to eat! I wanted to create a “spin-off” of the original “Great American Diet Challenge”, but this time.. with ALL breakfast foods! I’ll admit, I overcooked the eggs, but other than that.. I think I did pretty well. Being that I do not eat meat and dairy regularly, this challenge was definitely a different one. But still enjoyable nonetheless, I’d estimate the total weight to be around 12-13 pounds! My capacity has DEFINITELY improved.
The challenge consisted of..
6 Pack of Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls
1 Giant American “Breakfast Platter” which had..
An entire package of bacon
An entire package of Maple Sausage
2 Lean Pockets
12 eggs (Fried in coconut oil and topped with cheese)
An entire loaf of white bread with butter
An entire pack of Kroger Hashbrowns
1 Box of Lucky Charms with An entire 2L of Cashew Milk
2 Packages of Vans Pancakes
Half a jar of Peanut Butter with Chocolate Topping and Honey!
Like I said, it was an awesome challenge! Stay tuned for the next one!
