Worst fast foodburger possible Brb stale buns and dry meat
> All.
IMO The Habit and 5 Guys are the best, though that is very very close (that animal sauce is incredible, and their shakes are beastly).
Like Mcdonnald's well enough though, when I just want something on the cheap; the Jalapeno McDouble is pretty good and their McChicken is always a solid go-to for me.... and weirdly the Fille O' Fish appeals to me.

exactly lol
mcdonalds food is not high quality cuisine... or even the upper echelon of fast food.... man lands on moon tho?? lawl
haven't had mcdonalds in the longest time, months and months and months; not trying really, but it's just ironically not as convenient in the city compared to places like 5 guys, chipotle, jersey mike's, naf naf, etc.
actually haven't had fast food at all in a while. probably because there's literally 3-5 non-chain good ass restaurants per block in my neighborhood.

Definitely going to get some InNout after work today. Stuff is awesome.
I still have a love for McDonalds though.

That giant pretzel bun is the best part. When a burger gets that big everyone seems to default to the tried and true sesame seed bun, but not these guys.
Side note: Choke on karma, Cowboys.

^^^
Found out it wasn't sanctioned/put on by the MLE. (I was told it WAS going to be an official qualifier by someone who came out to watch me take down my last challenge).
Also wasn't worth the two hour drive.
Congrats to Ross though!

guy does not get enough recognition (quality eater IMO) nothing to go huge like top 5-10, but still good none the less
Any challenges you would drive to say LA to do?

Really just depends on the prize, my work schedule, and if anyone else participates. If it's furious pete, naader, or someone else wanting to do a challenge Id gladly make the drive up!
Glad kevin won though, he's a cool dude.
My 2nd to last challenge last Feb was with Ross via "The Pancake Monster". The only time I ever did one with him actually. It was at Brian's 24 in downtown San Diego for a AHA fundraiser of all things. Winner got $500 gift card to the venue and every person who finished had $50 donated to the AHA as well as their $10 entry fee. No finish no big deal, you just lost the entry fee. He and I were neck and neck every bite of the way but I manged to pull ahead by 17 seconds (17 minutes final time and at the time new record that lasted 6 days prior to "The Mantis" beating it by 3 minutes). Never had I been pushed so hard to keep pace in an eating challenge. In his defense pancakes are one of his last choices (my top choice) for food challenges, he hates pure starch heavy contest much like I do fried food and cheese challenges. Like Bob said.....he is a legit contender that does not get the attention he likely deserves.

Watched about 2 min and agree not quite right
He seems like he may have either a speech impediment or mental issue (no hate, just sayin'); comes across as a bit awkward but enjoy his stuff anyways.
It's not necessarily his speech, I can't really wrap my head around it but..very awkward.
The Storm kid clearly has some form of disability, and I don't think it's simply a speech impediment. I thought he was much younger than he is, as I thought he wasn't even old enough to drive (he has a video of him driving). My main concern is that he may have some serious issues that are not being addressed. I don't think he is like many of the fitness enthusiasts that go on "controlled binges" and then have enough insight to ensure micro/macronutrient intake and maintain weight through "healthier" compensation.
Also, the frequency of his eating challenges clearly don't seem to correlate with his lack of weight gain. I would wager that he either partakes in extremely unhealthy compensating habits or purges afterwards. While most youtube channels that do eating challenges seems to employ some "healthier" methods to maintain weight, I have doubts about The Storm simply due to what I think we can all see is some form of disability.
^Dunno about all of that; he does do challenges pretty often but does... fail? some so he does not seem to go all out or anything; think he did a video of his 24th or 25thish Birthday too. He seems slow, maybe some slight mental disorder but does not seem to be anything dangerous.
Wont comment on the unhealthy eating habit/relationship with food; hard to say sometimes- could be that he does exercise but doesn't mention that part, or that part of his disorder could be metabolic maybe.
I'm not sure what completing 80-90% of a 12,000 calorie challenge ("failing") has to do with my point. He still consumed an enormous amount of calories (probably 3-4 days worth) for his frame. If we assume he DOESN'T have any purging behaviors (which excessive exercise would be one), that means he's starving himself on the other days and only sustaining on whatever binges/challenges he does. Either way, this is extremely unhealthy from any standpoint. I say this only due to the frequency of his challenges, his probably disability, and high likelihood of purging behaviors.
As mentioned above, most of the other youtube personalities have found healthier methods to maintain the occasional binge/challenge.
^ It was the "elephant in the room" so to speak.. I just wasn't going to mention it. But I agree. (despite the fact that I try NOT to make judgements in situations such as this one).
