I randomly tried this and got 11:03. Wasn't really that bad. Started going quicker at the end and just swallowed instead of really chewing.
Thanks for the inspiration!
I'll wait for your video! :)

I'd like to see a video as well. I might have to try this challenge myself!

Do it and see where you stand! :)
I ended up doing another pizza challenge today.....except this one was a solo challenge! I had to eat a 28" pizza in under 37 min and I ended up beating it in 20 min. For completing this challenge, I got a free shirt and $500! I'm definitely going to try something else besides pizza for my next challenge lol.

Nice work! 28 inches is no easy task!
Thanks! It wasn't very thick though, so I'm sure you could've done it as well!

That's the thing.. these pizza challenges will advertise as "30 inches!" or 26,28 and so on when the density of the dough is what really makes or breaks people.
Well, I feel ripped off....apparently I'm a "competitive eater" according to Benny Deluca's,so I'm only getting $50 instead of $500. According to their waiver, they reserve the right to their own definition of what a competitive eater is....This sucks!

should ask them what qualifies as a competative eater?

That's horse chit. I agree, what qualifies a competitive eater, somebody who finishes it?
BRB; been lifting weight for sometime now, must mean I'm a professional powerlifter.
I did on the phone with a manager, and she said that they consider anyone who has done a restaurant challenge before as a competitive eater; however the waiver did not state any of this. The restaurant called me back later, and I am now in the process of negotiating an agreement with the restaurant...
Technically any restaurant can deem anyone a "competitive eater". ESPECIALLY if they have media content online. As frustrating as it is, the term is subjective in a sense. (I've ran into this issue multiple times, lol)

In4 hashbrowns, but that cheese tho..... Looks like bottom of barrel stadium nacho cheese.
Brother is in to do a 10 Ib pizza challenge with me when I go home to Ohio in 5 weeks. He said he can finish a little over a large himself so, I figure that leaves me 7 pounds. I've had a couple of 7 pound breakfasts after running but something about pizza seems more daunting.

Should have gone for the Arby's Meat Mountain; that thing is actually good.
Funny thing is that the hashbrowns were actually the best part, lmao. Definitely surprised the sh*t out of myself to be able to take down something 13+lbs.
^^^ McDonald's hashbrowns are the GOAT fastfood breakfast item

THE McDONALD'S McMOUNTAIN CHALLENGE (World Record Attempt)

This challenge was by far my biggest and most difficult EVER. I underestimated how much bread and starch would be involved in this challenge. But thankfully, I handle starches/carbs extremely well, and the music seemed to help! I have some BIG stuff coming up this summer and the next part of the year, so increasing my capacity is definitely on the game plan!
Here’s what the “McMOUNTAIN” Consisted of..
80 Chicken MgNuggets
2 Egg McMuffins
2 Sausage McMuffins (Cheese)
10 Hashbrowns
4 Large Fries
4 Bacon McDoubles
2 Filet O’ Fishes
2 Normal Cheeseburgers
2 Fried Apple Pies
8 Slices Cheddar Cheese
4 Ranch Packets
4 BBQ Packets
4 S&S Packets
Ketchup
8 Pack of Hamburger Buns
8 Pack Potato Buns
1 Bottle of Ranch

Haha, props to ya! I'm gonna have to try a fast food challenge one of these days.

Srs thinking of getting 4 Little Caesars hot n ready pizzas to do as much damage as possible to prepare for a team challenge with my brother in Ohio. Based on their website numbers it'll come to 8.5 pounds of pizza.
I know I'm gonna get some serious heartburn but it's cheap.

why not get costco pizza...lot better tasting IMO
why not get costco pizza...lot better tasting IMO
Not compared to the new bacon wrapped pizza. Hnggh
I may look into that. I'm looking for a lot for cheap, my Costco is a bit of a drive for me but I'm sure my wife would be willing to try their other stuff. It's just hard to get an idea of their sizes, some say 18", others say 16".

I almost expect to see some negs from this but seriously not a fan of bacon....SRS

I'd go with an 18" pie for costco.

Sometimes it's too salty for me. Now, I'll eat. No doubt about that, but breakfast meat of choice is sausage.
Found two websites that list the weights by slice and according to the six slices per pizza, I'm figuring on two combo pizzas being around 8 pounds. Long run comes to the same price as Little Caesars, but in for a change.
