Probably the most random thing I've heard all day. LOL
He's like that. lol Have you ever tried the white fudge oreos? Those are pretty good. I'm not and was never a huge fan of Oreos, instead of opting for Chips Ahoy as a kid and part time whale. I hate commercial cookies now, but I'm partial to Milanos stuck in the freezer for a couple hours then eaten/nibbled.
Nope but I will soon!
Probably the most random thing I've heard all day. LOL
I was eating both of those at the time, odd combo for sure.

Just laughing at that given the random posts you make.

So, I wanted to start my "training" with something typical. Why not do 100 Oreo Cookies? This one was definitely interesting, but I wanted to try out a few different techniques and get back into eating again. I took some time off, so I wanted to see where my speed was/is. Ideally I want to do more speed work in the coming weeks, so let me know how you like the video down below!

Good stuff as always! I didn't even realize that there were so many different flavors of the stuff lol.

Aren't you american? haha
Aren't you american? haha
Yeah, but the only grocery store in my hometown only sells the basic flavors. After living in Japan for two years, I was even surprised to see that they released the birthday cake flavor lol.
On a different note, I tried and beat two challenges back-to-back today after a two week "hiatus"...I will share all the details once I get back home!
For my first challenge, I went to the Texas Roadhouse in Chantilly, VA to take on their 64 oz steak. The challenge consisted of a 64 oz steak, two sides, and a basket of rolls. This challenge was really easy and took me about 17 minutes to complete.

Me being the carnivore that I am, I absolutely loved this challenge! For beating this challenge, I got a cool t-shirt and the meal free!
Then about 1-2 hours later, I went down to Woodbridge, VA to take on the Outrageous Split challenge at Campbell's Custards. When I called them on the phone, they told me that the challenge consisted of 4.5 lbs of frozen custard, nine toppings of my choice, three bananas, whipped cream, and three cherries. In order to get the sundae for free, I had to eat all of it in under 30 min. I was a little too confident and ordered a boatload of PB-based toppings that made the total weight of the beast 6.67 lbs! I swallowed the last bite right before the timer went off, so it was a close one. I definitely underestimated the difficulty of this one, but I was very happy with the fact that i was able to beat two challenges back-to-back.

Interesting that you do challenges on the same day. What's been your rate of gain?

This was my first time trying that lol. This is something that I've wanted to try for a while and consider it somewhat of a milestone for me. Call me stupid, but I really want to be able to compete at an elite level some day. Not to toot my own horn or anything, but I don't think I'm too bad considering the fact that I started doing food challenges this past December. Watching guys like you and others on YouTube really inspire me and make me really want to get good at this.
In regards to gains, I've been making some progress. I know that you may not necessarily agree with my methods, but I carefully track all of my macros on my "non-challenge" days. One thing that we can all agree on is that we are all busting out butts and giving it a 100% every time at the gym!
Dat Sundae doe...
It was awesome at first, but the sugar-overload and brain freeze got to me really fast lol. I should have picked some lighter toppings instead of getting a bunch of PB-based stuff...

Of course! I was meerly just curious. As long as your mental and physical health are 100% that's what matters!

What are you talking about now?
Easy there, Gramps. I forgot to quote CHIBADB.
Anyway, steak challenge looks amazing but it looks like you ordered it well done. :-/
Lol! No way man! Of course I ordered it rare! They just seared the outside of it, so it appears that way.

What's next on your agenda? Will you be going back to Japan?
Of course! I was meerly just curious. As long as your mental and physical health are 100% that's what matters!
Thanks man! Just to make sure that these food challenges aren't having any adverse effects on my body, I get my blood work done periodically. The funny thing is that the only time I had a blood test with not-so desirable results was before I started doing food challenges. When I first got into my maintenance phase after mt first successful "cut", I underestimated my TDEE and ended up getting too lean. I felt a little off at that point, so I went to see a doctor and found out that my hormones were somewhat out of whack. Once I found out about this, I immediately upped my intake and got everything back to normal in no time.

Dude, I'm gonna be in Virginia Labor day weekend for about 5 days. If you're willing to meet up for a pizza challenge, I am.
We'll be in Lexington.

I'm thinking about trying some of the larger challenges in the US, such as the Big Fat Fatty and the Southside Six challenge. As a long-term goal, I want to be able to compete on stage at Coney Island for the Fourth of July.
I would love to go back and live in Japan again at some point, but I don't see that happening any time soon. I have a much better paying job here in the US and don't see myself quitting this job for a long time. I will definitely be going back there to visit there though, plus I have to get my revenge on the curry challenge that took me down lol.

That would be awesome! I'll try to find a pizza challenge around that area!

Wife and I are planning a route 66 trip next summer. Found out that the Big Texan in Amarillo, Texas is right along the route. I'm going to try their 72 oz steak challenge, I think I can pull it off now but it comforts me to know I have a year to expand.
Going to be nowhere near Molly, but I'll be happy to win.

You should have no problem completing the 72 oz steak. It's probably about 5-6 lbs total and you have a one hour time limit. I don't think any of us would come anywhere near Molly's record though lol.
Probably the most random thing I've heard all day. LOL
old, post but I haven't been on in a long time. I have a buddy that Tweets out on "Bell Let's Talk Day" for every retweet of his #BellLetsTalk Tweet he will eat a______. Last year he ended up eating like 250 Quaker Chewy Bars lol (though not for speed, and he is NOT an "eater")
ps. for those who don't know, its a day where "Bell", a phone company in Canada, not sure if elsewhere puts on that for every text sent on that day on the Bell network they donate money towards mental health. its only like $.05/text but it all adds up
So tomorrow is going to be QUITE interesting (I figured I'd post it here since this is the official thread)
Going to be filming my latest "series" called "restaurant trolling". Essentially I'm going to be going to a BBQ place, telling the servers that my family is going to meet me and that I'm going to need a substantial amount of food.
Long story short, I'm going to order a bunch of wings, ribs, fries, etc and go to town and film mainly peoples reactions.
Hopefully will be quite fun!

I love getting responses from the servers. But I just straight up order the food, however I likely don't order as much as you.
Had a waitress once say she wanted to have boys until she saw how much I ate.
It's always only the women that say something, my wife thinks it's because I emasculate the men.
