video? any veg consumed? i couldn't imagine eating anymore than maybe 3-4 servings of veg if you are going to eat all that volume. Hopefully no fluff aswell that would be unbearable
Do explain?
Mainly because you were so quick to justify your usage of the term "eating clean" in your log.

I will note right now that this listing is utterly outdated and inaccurate. 1/4 of them are clised or defunct. Another 1/4 have changed their challenge parameters and more yet is that at least 6 new challenges are missing from this list. The applies to the challenges in San Diego County. Those outside that I cant speak on.
Id urge you to call ahead and ask to be 100% sure its all checked out before going all in only to be SOL at the table.

Hence the reason that I rarely use the term, if you don't believe that whatever I choose is "Clean" enough, then that's on you. I really don't care.

Not sure if you realize this, as I've mentioned it already. Over 75% of those challenges aren't even active anymore, I've called dozens of those places to be told that It's been long gone.

If Santel was trying to hit you up, i dont see why Erik could not fill in to do a tag team challenge with him, since he may be around your area. well worth your time or traveling 10-15 minutes outside of SD for a challenge.

I had asked Erik a few weeks ago and he was cutting at the time (maybe still is???) so he had to pass on the invitation. I have seen him do the Sal's Big Fat Fatty challenge(filmed it actually) in Mission Beach last year so I know his caliber and ability to eat. Love to go side by side with him again anytime!

he is cutting, and still is, which is another reason why i am wondering about the 10,000 "Clean" Challenge, when if he did a dirtier challenge that was less kcals it would be less damage in the end.
Maybe if he eats some extra broccoli he wont get too fat :D haha
^ I was just starting my cut when he asked, and wasn't necessarily in the place (body comp wise) in which I could handle a challenge. 10 Weeks down.. it's time for a challenge.
@ Oregon
We'll take down one in the near future. For sure

we do not need a PM
if you have been "Forver lean gaining" and since you joined this site in 2011 and still 122 pounds. We are looking out for your health. For as much as you contribute to others in the nutrition section about what they need to do regarding their diet and eating habits, we wish you would do the same. again its a friendly knock and we wish the best for you.
Read the PM, been a long term thing actually, among other things too.
Not to further derail the thread, but do you really think that the fluff and other low calorie stuff is helping with your issue? (or could be the culprit)
