The whole point is to take it a specific way preworkout. Read the first page at least.
Within an hour preWO on an empty stomach and with optional carnitine and GMS… A lot of questions out there for a very simple and effective dosing protocol :)

Starting another XFA run next week. Can't wait to start getting the comments again. Whenever I run a cycle of XFA I always have people tell me I look bigger.
Any issue with taking XFA and Super Cissus?
-
Also I noticed that the label is all proprietary amounts. I was trying to figure out how much fish oil is in the 4 pill dose. It was my understanding that the difference between XF and XFA was that fish oil was added to aid in joint support. Can somebody please clarify this for me? thanks!

I would dose them > 4 hours apart.

Very low dose of fish oil, and added boswellia to help with the joint pain.

Is having it on a full stomach really that big of a deal? I'm about to kick off my XF cycle in a couple of weeks and planned to take it with my morning pre-workout shake; Oats, protein, GMS, instant coffee... Alongside a banana. Didn't think that would make much of a difference, but it seems taking it on an empty stomach is the way to go.

Take it preworkout

Thanks for chiming in, Coop! Would taking XF ~45 minutes after my breakfast shake suffice?
I do take Na-r-ALA (glycobol) about 20-30 minutes prior to my breakfast pre-workout shake while getting my **** ready in the morning. I could just take my XF then instead since I'll be fasted on an empty stomach. Only reason I didn't mention it is because my work schedule varies... Some days my shake will be 30 minutes pre-workout, others as long as 90 minutes or more. :/

Shouldn't be much interaction there w the ALA and the ArA 30 min before breakfast. It takes some giant doses of anti oxidants and ingredients with light anti inflammatory properties to counteract the benefits of X-Factor supplementation.

Thank you, Sir.
My concern wasn't so much combining XF with Na-r-ALA, as it was with me taking it as long as 90 minutes - 2 hours preWO since it's recommended to dose it within an hour.
At 3 bottles it's not the cheapest stack to run, so I'd like to do what I can to maximize any possible results. It's just unfortunate that my work schedule sort of complicates things.

hello,
i have 9 XF OG now. i'm going to order gaspari's multi since i can't use ot because i don't need any anti-inflammatory properties. i will also add glycergrow. what else should i get swolenone? i check myosynergy, it's not available. i'm going to do this on my cut along with ec stack + lean xtreme.

You could give it an hour between eating and your workout and take the XF immediately preWO.

Your stack is plenty complete. You'll be seeing some amazing gains in the gym, and improvements in your physique. No need to add anything else to it.

Currently reading up on this thread - so much great info. I'm hoping to run this after the holidays but I had one question (that may have been covered and I have not gotten to it yet): is pre-workout only dosing worthwhile when training 3-4x week? Specifically an alternating schedule of: 3x-week 1 & 4x-week 2. Thanks.

I just mean if I would get the "full effect" dosing only 3x week half the time. I'm still reading up on how ArA works, but I assumed most people taking it were probably training more frequently, so dosing only training days would still be upwards of 5 times a week.
I just want to make sure it's a worth while investment for me, considering it's not the cheapest supplement out there. Though from what I've read, it may have one of the better cost/benefit ratios.

Thanks man, appreciate the info. I'm sure I'll have more questions when I get closer to ordering it (such as ideal dose [1-1.5g] and XF vs XFA vs XF + XFA - I believe most people recommend XF if you can handle the inflammation/possible joint issues), but those can wait - I still have to read through this thread. I just wanted to clear this up. Didn't want to get all psyched to order it, just to find out my training schedule would make it less than ideal.

Do you mean do my first entire run a 1g, or just start the run at 1g and slowly up it to 1.5g over the course of the cycle and see how I react? I'll have to watch as far as joints go: I can have knee issues but they seems to come and go, though I can see my elbows and shoulders acting up a bit. I'll probably get some neoprene wraps as that alleviated my knee issues almost completely in the past - until I forgot them in the gym and lost them :(

I'm just starting my 3rd week. This stuff seems pretty legit. Im using 1.5g. I am using Orange Triad, but take only 3 around 6am. I take XF with White Flood about 30 minutes before my workout.

Glad to hear you're enjoying it thus far, around 3 weeks is when the results really begin to intensify.

Anyone ever run 3 pills instead of 4? I've run a couple of cycles already, and I notice that 4 eventually seem to be too much. 3 don't bother me. I've still gotten solid results. Just curious to know if there are others.

This is very individual. As is the case with you, some find they get zero side effects up until a certain point. If you feel 3 works best in terms of the benefits to side effect ratio, then by all means 3 pills/750mg ArA from X-Factor is a very good dose.
