I'm just starting out my working out again after gaining back about 30 pounds of the 50 pounds that I lost 5 years ago.
I made a playlist of 200 songs the other day that I thought would be good for working out and I'm planning on narrowing it down to only the songs that really push me. I'm going to update my fitness blog (which doesn't currently exist) shortly with the full list of 200 songs and will update it in full when I've reached the end of the 200.
