The music is what makes me to achieve goals. Music is in my blood. My soul has everlasting goal. Enya's soul came inside me when I cried in despair. Some say it is not Enya but it's my own soul. Why would my soul bother about the song names that I don't know unless someone tells and comforts my crying soul and that someone is Enya as well as Trance. Some they know as passion . Some as freedom. Some they know as the love and the way they leaves them. Summer snowflakes for a season when the sky above is blue. Enya's Flora's Secret is true.

My fave training music at the moment is by Prodigy and Skrillex.

I know a lot of you guys and ladies are into metal, rock, and rap... but for any electro/house/trap/"techno" peeps;
DJ Bl3nd: free (legal!) mixes on his page:
soundcloud.com/djbl3nd
Some of his stuff is a little "too much" at times even for me, but mostly it's great for workout mixes! He throws in some rap/trap into his mixes once in awhile but it's mostly electro/hard house/etc.
R3hab: just a recent favorite of mine, so gonna post one of his tracks:
soundcloud.com/r3hab/r3hab-samurai-go-hard
If anyone has any personal recommendations from the same genres please let me know!

on music subject, picked up a pair of these recently. advertised as waterproof, bought for swimming w/o really knowing how they worked, won't work for swimming, but they are nice for running, kickboxing, etc. so you don't have the cord dangling across the torso.
anyone know of some that would work for swimming?

The sony walkman NWZ-W273WHT works great under water. I've tried it in the rain and everything with no problem. Haven't tried swimming with them but I've seen reviews on youtube showing it works.

1. David Guetta ft. Sia - Titanium
"I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose
Fire away, fire away
Ricochet, you take your aim
Fire away, fire away
You shoot me down but I won't fall
I am titanium"
2. Fun. - Carry On
"If you're lost and alone
Or you're sinking like a stone,
Carry on.
May your path be the sound
Of your feet upon the ground,
Carry on."
3. Katy Perry - Roar
"I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter
Dancing through the fire
'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar"
4. Kelly Clarkson - Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)
"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, stronger
Just me, myself and I
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
Stand a little taller
Doesn't mean I'm lonely when I'm alone"
5. New Radicals - You Get What You Give
"But when the night is falling and you cannot find the light
If you feel your dream is dying, hold tight
You've got the music in you
Don't let go
You've got the music in you
One dance left
This world is gonna pull through
Don't give up
You've got a reason to live
Can't forget you only get what you give"
6. U2 - Beautiful Day
"It's a beautiful day
Don't let it get away
It's a beautiful day"
7. Des'ree - You Gotta Be
You gotta be
You gotta be bad, you gotta be bold, you gotta be wiser

You gotta be cool, you gotta be calm, you gotta stay together
All I know, all I know, love will save the day

Some newer rock songs I've added to a new workout playlist this week:
Three Days Grace - I Am Machine
Papa Roach - Fave Everything and Rise
Thought both of these were quite relevant to the journey of lifting and/or bodybuilding
