do yourself a favor and buy a watch you an truly afford. what this means is a watch where if you took the money you bought to buy that watch and burned it, it wouldn't affect your financial situation.
too many people out there wearing $50k rolexes and driving subarus (you aweir?)

NATO suggestions?
I have a B&R XTREME Nylon Military Watch Strap which I really like. It sat too tall on my wrist so I cut the 'nato loop' off and made it a single pass. At the same time, I cut the strap to length so it doesnt need to be folded over. But I wish the retainer loops sat flush. Do you know of any seatbelt singlepass bands with slimmer hardware?

Do Americans pay tax in Canada?
A Canada Rolex AD says they have a sub available I was thinking of getting. Just can't remember if I get Rekt on taxes

So I'm debating if I wanna spend 250-500 on a new watch. I definitely appreciate watches but I never really got into collecting. Here's my measley watch collection (if you wanna call it that lol).

Nice I'll take a look at both of them. I love my Seiko, I pieced together the band and face separately and it gets tons of comments. Oddly enough that cheap Timex gets a lot of love too. At a quick glance I've had people ask if it was a Movado.

I really like this watch but I'm guessing this is more dressy?
