you aren't even half as jacked as you could be and you're worrying about 'lat insertions' ? ? ?
lol
First of all ,look at your body ,I lift weighs for only 8 months at home not gym ,and I ask for lats insertions ,what is the problem ?
bro i'm not trying to make you feel insecure but literally don't worry about weird bullchit like your 'muscle insertions' just lift more and build solid muscle. you are quite far away from your natty potential.
Average
LOW OR HIGH ,it does not exists average
bro ,just answer at the question ,I put a question I want a answer ,not lessons of life.
LOW OR HIGH ,it does not exists average
Averages (or more specifically maximum likelihood estimators - MLEs) always exist in continuous distributions - granted not the cauchy distribution but I doubt lat insertions are distributed cauchy. :)
HTH

Well if you're going to shout... no.
I'll ask you in a whisper
OK go on then
OK can you please answer at the question just with,,high'' or ,,low'' ,thanks
Well it's above the mean but below the median and the mode - so I'm going to say: low
Thanks for the answer but can you explain that plz :Well it's above the mean but below the median and the mode (serious)
This should help

I think lat insertions are on an assymetrical distribution. I stilll think you are an average case - but you required a categorical answer so I chose to base it on the number of MLEs (2 lower vs 1 higher).
[QUOTE=SuffolkPunch;yea You re right but my lats are not very develop and that s a problem, cuz If You search Young dorian yates Back You think he has high insert and that s not true so.
Looks to be lower.
You don't have the long waist with high insertions.
May i ask why you ask about the insertion?
Cuz my arms(biceps, triceps and forearms) and my legs(quads and calves) have long muscle bellies like no gap and they look full and big.Now with your answer I know that I have good insertions on my back as well.So I m happy and motivated.
you aren't even half as jacked as you could be and you're worrying about 'lat insertions' ? ? ?
lol
If you developed like most tall kids do, you were pelted with comments like "lanky," "awkward," or "uncoordinated" as you struggled to grow into your body.
When you're young and impressionable, that sucks. Why are all the shorter kids better in sports? You just don't have an answer.
Average
High inserts make the back look less "full," and lower inserts make the arms look thicker because of the triangle shape rather than the trapezoid. It's just my opinion.
A straight line drawn along the lats shows that the peak of the triangle on the high inserts is much higher than the peak on the lower inserts. My perception is that the high inserts stop short on the back and resemble a trapezoid rather than a triangle. Visit here for more info https://sniperpedia.com/paintball-vs-airsoft/
