How to shrink lower stomach after massive weight loss?

Hello everyone! I’ve currently lost over 100lbs after being big my entire life. I currently have a body fat percentage of 18. I’m 34, I’m 5’9” and I weigh 180. My body is tight with the exception of some small loose skin issues. My biggest problem is that I cannot get rid of my lower stomach fat. I’ve been a strict vegan for 2.5 years now. Pleeeeease what can I do to eliminate this without having to get surgery? Photo is in my profile picture.

You should try to lower your bf % even more, and try to get even more strict. Eating less food wil usually shrink your waist.
