what weight class.
as a new years resolution i promised my self i'd sign up for a pl comp before my 15th birthday on 9/22/09. i've been wondering which weight class should i compete at?
i currently weighh 170 lbs
not sure if i should sign up under 165 or 181.
would like to know advantages/disadvantages to both.

don't even weight yourself from now until the meet. Just eat a ton and lift.

Weight class
Look lift to get stronger. That's the only weight you need to worry about. Eat clean good quality food. I lifted at what ever weight I showed up at. I figure if I"m strong that's all I care about.
