i know that bananas and oranges are good but are there any others because i am starting to get bored of them.

if i'm not mistaken fructose gets metabolized in the liver and therefore if you want the sugar for your muscles for energy you should eat something else. i'd go with potatoes.

blueberries, cranberries, banana's, and if possible, the acai supplement, if its available to you in youre shop, online one is bollocks

Banana or apple.
I also like to eat it with almond butter before I'm lifting. The fat slows down the carb absorption which gives me steady energy for at least an hour. I eat it about 30 minutes before lifting.
No fat I'm doing intervals...or I feel like hurling.
i find apple sauce goes down easy and keeps me full for a while
