If anyone hasn't tried their Hydramino, I recommend it. My son and I have been using it as an intra in the gym, on long bicycle rides, hikes etc...
Good product
Happy New Year everyone!
Support bump!
I rarely do a resolution but SwollenBeast and I have a running "no rest day competition" between us. I will keep adding days to that :)

Forget running add in some plyo work.
My resolution is to learn to be more handy. I'm not that skillful with a lot of tools and I'd like to learn how to use them better and maybe undertake and tackle a few projects that I'd normally be timid to start. Plus that might earn me some brownie points with the wifey too, haha. I'll take any that I can get!!!
Great giveaway brother!
For me it's simple. Be a better me - consistency in my training, love my wife and kids even more, strive to be better at my job, strive to be a better brother, son, and friend.
Always striving to challenge myself so that I am constantly getting better and more efficient.
My resolution for this year is to learn how to be a better cook. I want to try to expand the foods that my kids will actually enjoy eating so I want to learn some new recipes/ideas to provide them with healthy foods that they have fun consuming. Dinners are EXTREMELY difficult at our house so anything to make the evenings easier!
Love ENGN Shred and I take the collagen peptides, so I am definitely in for this:
I have a couple, my fitness one is to be more consistent with my nutrition. The gym consistency has been one thing, but I always seem to trail off of my nutrition plan. I know what works for me food wise, but I always seem to get "distracted", so I would like to be more consistent in that area.
My main one is to try to balance my work/hobby life more with my social life. I have been finding it hard to do, but I feel like I need to start making a little bit more time for my friends.
Finally, to upgrade my apartment. Hopefully this should happen around February!

Get an instapot and the cookbook. Pretty much throw it in there and let it go. It’s usually healthy and it’s simple
Oooo, my 2021 resolution is to learn more about real estate investments and buy a few rental property(ies).
And move in with my girlfriend (soon to be fiance). She recently got into weightlifting, so the next goal would be meet more fitness couples to mingle and be accountable with!
Lastly, to grow my educational business to a larger scale and take care of my staff (financial freedom).
New here
My New Year's Resolution is to lose 50-60 LBS by April or May of 2021
I'm currently 220 LBS and want to cut all the way down to single digit body fat, somewhere around 160-170 LBS
The supps would really help me out as i don't have alot of cash and can't afford more supps that i need
I want to change my life and be the best version of myself that i can be.
I have been out of work for a few weeks and hopefully will be back in the game by the middle of January. I do construction work and I am no spring chicken. I have started a new workout program and my New Year's resolution is to get back in shape, get my head back in the game (regardless of this covid B.S.) and to start eating a strict, healthy diet. I know how to do it -- been there, done that -- now I plan on getting the band back together (along with the arms, chest, abs, legs and back).
Happy New Year EVL fans!
