Thinking about lifting my cayenne turbo
So I have a 2004 cayenne TT, its a beast. 450hp, 454 torque. I currently have increased wheel size from ~29 to ~31, without any mods and no rubbing.
I've taken this off road on this set up and it does awesome. You can lift via air struts but it only will stay under 25mph so I can't fit much bigger tires than what are on it.
Found a 2.5" lift, sounds like it requires coilover conversion, or as they say is untested with air struts.
So I have two options and this is where I'd like some input. Option 1 is get the lifts, which are aluminum billet spacers, and put them on top of the air struts, this is untested by the manufacturer. Keep factory ride height adjustment and more comfort than coilovers. Also can convert to coilovers whenever the struts go bad.
Option two is convert to coilovers and spacers and get 2.5" of lift. coilovers. Lose air adjustability and some comfort.
Either way I could fit 33" tires and have better off road performance. Will go more aggressive on tires.
Noteworthy, deleting secondary cats, supposed to increase hp by about 50hp, new center drive shaft, new ignition coils.

With max current height adjustment via air struts.
For reference, this is a lifted cayenne3" on 33s,
