large fries, and diet coke.
I havent had a cheat meal in a couple weeks and decided I would have this while watching the titans game...
my heart is racing, my head feels funny and i feel like i could barf/shyt violently at the same time.
I didnt think i would feel this bad, i guess its cause my body isnt used to having total crap inside it?
what would be a better cheat meal in the future that wont make me feel like as$

their double cheeseburgers are amazing

I did get diet coke.
I know it's not healthy. It was a cheat meal. I was taking a 1/2 hour break from health. lol

The diet coke instantly makes it not a cheat meal. Should've gone for the regular coke for a cheat meal.
if u dont like greasy **** from McDonalds.. try eating out at a normal resturant where something is cooked a bit better and the quality of the food is also 100x better

And they are relativly healthy, always have 2 of them when my friends eat mcdonnald and im hungry!
screw McDonalds cheeseburgers..if you're gunna cheat, do it right. Go to Outback Steakhouse, they have the best burgers around. Ground up beef tenderloin..mmm

prob around 1500 - 2000 cals...
I usually split it into two meals... and I always am active.... just live life and eat the foods you love, making sure you are eating healthy most of the time.
that has happened to me a couple years ago.. it was really late and I hate cooking, so the only places open nearby were fast food. I hadn't had fast food in about a year so I figured one night wouldn't be too bad.
I got 5 jr bacon cheeseburgers and 1 medium order of fries from wendys. Ate all of that with a couple glasses of milk. I felt like I was going to die. I felt my heart beating slower and felt really tired. When I went to sleep I woke up 2 times during the night and had trouble sleeping.

Are you sure you wouldn't rather masochistically deprive yourself of all pleasure in eating 99% of the time and then take a "cheat day" to cram in as much food as you possibly can until you're too sick and in pain to stuff in any more, then spend the next few days getting rid of the bloat and the next week or two losing the lb or two of fat you gained? ;)

Screw cheat days, I'll throw in a cheat meal one or two times a week. However, alcohol usually replaces both..I've only got 3 months left of college :X. That's the way I feel about cheat days though, they're worthless, you spend the next week burning off all that crap.
dude, I don't know if it's nationwide, but the mcrib is back where i'm at. I don't about you guys, but I love these things. I've ate one once a week ever since it's back, looks so nasty, but so good lol

lol theres nothing positive about the mcrib. It looks AWFUL. It tastes..i can't describe it. Like someone pushed a lunchroom sloppy joe together until it was solid then poured bbq sauce on it

If im in a jam and im at fast food i get a grilled chicken sandwhich....well today i wasnt in a jam but chickfila's chargrilled chicken sandwhiches are just so good
Last time I was in Atlanta I got some Sweet Tea from ChicFila..was awesome

WORD!! They have the best grilled chicken sandwich in the world.
T-bell doesn't make me feel as sick as Mcdonalds, Wendys, or any burger joint. Quiznos is also pretty good

Yeah the charbroiled chicken sandwich is pretty awesome. I usually opt for something like that or a sub from quiznos if im forced to eat fast food

You know a cheat does not have to be crap food. You can 'cheat' with something good.
For something reasonably inexpensive I'd go to chili's (not the best, but I like their fajitas) or Cheesecake factory and have one of their deserts on to of the meal. 1500-2000kcal easy!

Dude like 3 times a week i'd go to chilis with my mom and ate like a 1200 calorie burger..If i had any idea lol
after a 3 month break from mcdonald's i had 2 doublecheeseburgers plain and it turned my poop a greenish hue
