Barn’s Workout Log
Hello I’m Barn34 and I’m 17 this is my new workout log. After taking a three month break from a UCL tear and elbow fracture it’s time to get back into lifting. My current lifts are 275B, 525D, 405S. The two lifts I want to improve on our my Squat and Bench. I’m 5’7 and currently 158. I’ve lost a bit of weight (12 lb approx) after Lolla and not eating lol. Also I’ve been lifting for a year and a half.

I workout a lot of hypertrophy after my lifts so I normally don’t track it

I’ve been using static press with the safety bar which is making my prs insanely easy to hit
