Can i (should i) still do a creatine loading phase?
Hi all, quick one for ya. I've been taking creatine for weeks at this point, I feel like around two maybe three weeks at most. I never did a loading phase just started at and have continued taking 5g. I was wondering if I can still dona loading phase or if it would even make a difference. I'm guessing the loading phase is specifically for when you're just starting. Also, i havent had meat in a year, no idea if that matters. im new to creatine and just wanted some more experienced knowledge. Thanks!
