I eat whole wheat brown rice, no butter nothing added into it, and the taste is rather :(. well I dont use salt or pepper but I was told Ms.Dash is a great alternative, does any one else use it?

Why couldn't you use it? It's a spice. At worst, it's adding a little sodium to your diet.

Dash is salt free.
dash is sodium free and is bomb! OP you can use mrs dash for almost anything.
beef, chicken, stir fry some veggies...
I make a stir fry like this
beef, broccoli, mushrooms, cucumber, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, mrs dash, siriachi sauce, mix together and add water. let the water simmmer the ingredients and enjoy
