I am going to cut a few fluffy pounds then maintain for a bit before I dot he slow cut thing. I need to be in a swimsuit at the end of March but I was just in one a few pounds ago so hopefully I won't cry.

Me too :/ I'm cutting and while I'm not as "hungry" as I thought I'd be, I'm never ever full. Ever. So it's hard because my brain never tells me to stop eating, and I cannot eyeball stuff because my eyes are never bigger than my stomach. Diet spontaneity is sabotage!
P! Great job!!!! I know I've said this before, but the more I read the more I'm excited to bulk. I wanna see how strong I can get!!

The GH machine really targets it...I feel it more than the hypers but hypers are good too!

So yeah. Now that I have had this mind shift to "cut" I'm all "let's go do cardio! let's run! let's do HIIT!". Yesterday I texted neighbor (who has a lot to lose but is motivated) to see if she wanted to go do some (cardio) so we went and I did
1.5m run (trying to up little by little) 15 minutes
then
5 minutes walkin and talkin'
15 minutes HIIT bookin'
Total=3 miles 35:00 325 cals
Mostly I did that because last night was dinner out with 2 friends and I knew it was going to be steak and fries for me:D Came home and even had a few cocktails (wasn't overserved at all this weekend yay!) and a few Doritos (bag all gone now) and came out even for the day.
Wait where was I? OK so plan is to lose a few fluffy pounds then maintain for perhaps a month then start the cut cut sometime in March? I don't have that magic eightball but I'm hoping 130+ will make me happy. Hubz says 134-135 but that might be a smidge too much guess it depends on how the muskels are under there!
So here I sit after getting up late and not eating a ton yet but thinking I need to go do 30 minutes LISS just to get some steps in for the day...curse you my beloved BMF! Lulz.

I never tried NOexplode. I hear it has the same effects as Superdumpmax, although other than that issue, I feel that product is solid.
