Is this a good group of supplements I take?
I’m 32 now so it’s harder to get in shape like we use to but I wanted to run a few supplements I take by you guys. Keep in my mind I’m only 5’10, 160 pounds. It was always easy to stay toned for me but now I’m soft and scrawny.

I’m doing everything I can to expedite the process fellas. Finally back in the gym on a consistent basis after about a year and a half of barely going. If anyone can recommend other/different supps I’m all ears. Thanks again guys
