145pounds 6 feet tall
Why do you want to know?
I just want to compare myself and see if im weak or not.
Why don't you post what you bench or search for the answer?
for u? about 185
The guy's goal should be to hit 220lbs, not worry about his damn bench.
A lot, I'm 5'6 and bench around 300 and weigh 165.
I'd say around 250.

What the hell does this have to do with anything? You're a manlet who's heavier then the OP.

Throwing out comparisons in relation to my experience, height and weight. Seeing as to how much he weighs, probably not very experienced, for his height, he doesn't weigh a lot so hes probably doesn't have a whole lot of mass.
You do the math!

anything double bodyweight is pimp. 200 would impress me for 145 tho.

Haha there is no WAY you can make an accurate comparison between someone who is 5'5, 165 pound and someone who is 6'0 and 145.
Imo, an impressive bench at those stats would be around 200.
When I was that size I was benching my bodyweight for a few reps.

Honour? HONOUR? FFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
290lbs, or double body weight. There are powerlifters who are girls who weigh less then that, that can get over 300lbs. It seriously not the best question to ask.

Didn't say it was accurate, I was guessing, throwing out a somewhat reasonable estimate.

I don't really take cameras to the gym, nor does my gym allow it. I'd love to go down and film it for you but I'm kind of stuck at MCT right now. Maybe in a couple months I can throw up a vid.

And I'm sure to make a guess it was necessary to post your own bench stats.
Yeah it may have been, simply because they are saying 200 bench is impressive for someone who is 6 feet tall. Hell no thats not impressive.

You do realise being taller makes it an awful lot harder to bench, right?
Over 200 at 6' and 145lb's is a solid bench.

Yes... but you're making it sound like 200 at 6' is some sort of godsend. Hence why I said 250

300 pound bench for 165lber 5'6' isnt that unbelieveable. short and thick. i believe it..
i had 225x3 at 145lbs 5'8''
not a big deal
