another thing though, if you learned how to fire with legs and use more of your lats after the pause on the bottom it would make your bottom end even stronger, then if you started using chains, it would make your top end stronger.
Though your bottom and top end seem balanced right now, which is a good thing,
but learning those techniques would probably give you another 20lbs at your current strength levels.
