Pink Lady apples, an easy win! ever tried Honeycrisp or Jazz?
Pancakes look damn tasty too
Yes, LOVE honeycrisp but I don't think I've tried Jazz. I'll have to keep an eye out. Thanks, they were up there with my top pancake performers.
Dind't keep track of time just toothpicked it after I was done doing chores.. maybe 20-25 minutes? Temp 350 (always cook all breads on this temp).
I don't know the sizes of those small loaf containers (doesn't state on bottom), maybe 2x4, but when i make large loafs (like in the other bread pics I use) that is about a foot long and a couple inches high, a 6x9 would work if you want to make a sheet out of them instead of a tall loaf.
(Tall Loaf):

Awesome!
Appreciate the help Bob, reps when i can.
You guys made me want some pancakes.
Unfortunately, today was the first time I'd ever tried making protein pancakes.
Messes were made, a finger was almost chopped off, smoke poured out of the kitchen, but I came out victorious.

Awesome.
I wouldn't mind doing this next time. Or just making the regular stuff and putting sludge on top.
Agreed.

Agreed regular baking and sweets are phenomenal Protein baking does maje it alot easier too hit some macros while getting some kind of "sweets" gratification.

Jazz are easily my favorite apples now, hybrid of Gala and Breaburn. If your grocery store has them, grab a few next time.
WW thin crust pizza topped with crispy pan fried pepporoni, FF mozzarella, FF ricotta, roasted peppers and garlic.

So far I'm liking 100% WW thin crust since it doesn't rise well, and a blend for NY style pizza. Normally I don't advocate fat free cheese on my pizza, but the ricotta helped keep rich texture while the pepporoni and garlic kept it flavorful.

Sunday Gravy - Took 5 hours to prepare, now its just slow cooking away and thickening up a bit while the fats from the meats flavor it and while I occasionally add spices to taste.
