Ive read on a bunch of sites, that if you lose 30 pounds you'll reveal an inch of your penis. Read it on Oprah's site to from Dr. Oz aswell. Your penis doesnt actually grow, just more if it comes out due to less fat on your pubic pad. Anyone see gains?

Not an inch... Not for me at least.
I lost ~45 pounds, the main thing I noticed was better performance and probably a bit of size but I think it was closer to half an inch.
I guess it depends on how much pubic pad fat you have, did you have quite a bit, I'm assuming no?

Biggest things will be performance and personally I had an increase in firmness. Size wise? I didn't notice anything (I see it everyday) but my gf said it feels bigger already and I've lost 35 lbs.

It is not an inch. I have gained over 40 lbs on my bulk and it has stayed the same. The main concern is the fattening right over your penis, thus creating the illusion of a smaller penis. My fat however is stored higher. It's a blanket statement and although I have seen it pop up, there is no consensus. I have read 1/4 - 1 inch.
When you loose the fat around it, it gets to be all it can be so if you had a lot, I guess its possible for an inch....you'd have to have a lot of fat for that to happen.

How you lose any fat. Be in a calorie defecit and burn it off.
I swear , lol , instead of telling america that losing fat causes health benefits , just tell them it will make their peckers look bigger. This will be the fittest country on earth :p
