To hit my Macros and Calories for the day I need a midday snack that equals 400-500 calories of mostly carbs. Any suggestions?
I was thinking of having a plain bagel with some strawberry jelly, but didn’t know if this was “healthy”.

It's fine. What would be "unhealthy" about it?
It fits your macros and your calories so what isn't healthy about it?
Personally I like milkshakes. Full of fruit, scoop of ice cream and milk.
Or as its getting towards the festive period two of these beauties:-

That will cover 500 calories easily.

I'm curious as how you define food as being "healthy" or "unhealthy"?
What properties does the food have to have or not have?
You just hear people talk about foods high in sugar not being optimal. That’s what I meant by not healthy.

Keep added sugars <10% of daily calories
Jerky... love it. Cost adds up though...
Been meaning to buy a dehydrator and make my own but, well, I'm lazy.
Eat whatever you like though, or have something different each day, variety is always good.
Usually it's dieters who stay away from bagels, b/c of the calories - not your issue. Plus if you go whole wheat for the bagel, it's kinda nutritious.
A little jelly never hurt anyone - or put a piece of smoked salmon in it if you want.
Chocolate milk is one my my favorite treats.
The higher cal fruits; figs, pineapple, mango, grapefruit, etc. Organic energy/protein bars, spoons of honey, etc. Keep switching it up to not get bored.

Tempted to get some today, but I only eat them in mid December onwards lol. Splendid choice. I actually have mine with mince pie ice-cream if I can find it.
OP. Plain bagel sounds perfectly fine, unless it's the wobbly jelly you're eating, ha. Either that or some marshmallow fluff.
