weight-went up to 200 months following covid in 2020 started working in october lost 15-20 within a month and a half. sitting around 182 right now.

been working out for 10 or 11 years. started keeping track on and off 10 years ago. recently only been posting lifts i'm proud of.

then severe anxiety and depression hit, this was done a week and a half ago and i haven't had an appetite or motivation since.
