I've lost all motivation
Been training for over 2 years. Friends start training, take cell tech and become bigger than me in 3 months. I've currently been going on massive drinking sessions and become the fastest Ive been in 4 years. I had a week of the gym as I though it would do me good but now I cant be bothered to go back as i'm not getting the results.

If you honestly trained consistently for 2 years and saw little to no results, then there was something wrong with your diet, workout program or both. If you are just unhappy that your friend made gains quicker than you, man up and realize some people are gifted genetically. I can put size on my arms and legs relatively easily, just the way I am built.
lol @ getting unmotivated after a week. Did you expect a magical transformation? You most definitely won't see any results at all if you go for a week and then decide to fuk off because you're not seeing any results. See the flawed logic there?

A week? Seriously ? Brah it takes time pending on your genetics and body stats. Don't give up man you need to keep hitting the gym day after day. Try 1 of the 12 week programs on here if you want to see a difference. Good luck

1) 2 years without a change? you should re-evaluate your diet AND your workout routine.
2) fuk cell tech, fuk it.
3) 1 week? really?! you probably not gonna see big results for weeks...
if you gave up after a week, lifting/working out and at the end bodybuilding is not for you
