Thank you guys, I am happy getting tat 225 bench back, deads I want to push to get back over 300 but I have to go slow and be careful. Woody same I have a hernia from 2011 that I feel now and then plus the low back injury, Can't push to quickly.

Its really amazing the recovery after these days, Sleep is still good, Appetite is still strong Joints well I wake a little stiff but by mid morning I feel I should be lifting. Its crazy how fast my body has adapted to shorter and faster recovery times and I am still growing
MONDAY the agenda for today is Pressing .. Some CHEST work, Some SHOULDER work with some TRICEPS work

TUESDAY morning, Post Training- a 1/2 lb GRASS FED BURGER w/ a WAGYU PATTY (wagyu is a Japanese breed crossed with Angus in the US this is 50/50% WAGYU & ANGUS Beef)
True Wagyu beef contains, on average, about 300 percent more monounsaturated fat than normal beef, not to mention incredibly high levels of omega-3 as well as (CLA). These intra-muscular fat cells marble the meat throughout. Since marbled fat melts at a lower temperature, the meat becomes rich, tender and juicy. These burgers are a mix of 50/50% WAGYU & ANGUS Beef.

I just finished a session of deadlifts paired with dips and hang squats paired with chin ups. I did all sets of the first two before doing all sets of the second two. I use the same five poundages for deads and squats, so there were ten weight changes in all. Next time, I'll do the four exercises one after the other before upping the weight, except I'll start with squats. I don't think that charlievanriper‎ is as crazy as he sometimes seems. :)

Thx Brother, It was insane and crazy and hard, I can't count how many times I tried to talk myself out of it lol. It might not have been as taxing if I did not run my Squats to a fail point first.
Oh man that WAYGU beef is so tasty, right now Sprouts is switching thier supplier so the brand I am getting is being phased out. Normally that 14.99 per pkg but for now its 8.99 so I bought a couple pkgs, when it goes full price I'll go back to buffalo or Elk for my exotic beef lol
Moving vary slow today so its a complete Rest day, Crystal has her deads and Squats later today so I will post her progress tonight

I did 2 using a dozen eggs and a little more than a cup of Birch Bro Low carb Pancake mix.
