Year and a half later, am i on the right track?
Iv been on my weight loss journey for a year and half now. Been lifting for a year of that now. So far I have lost 116lbs sitting at 165.
While I do have a gut even with some fair loose skin happening I'm starting to look bony like in my upper region. Just wondering if I should just continue to cut to get rid as much as possible or maybe start to bulk? I'm eating at 1700 keeping my protien at about a 1g/lb of body weight.
