1 month into lifting vs 13 months and a half
1 month into lifting vs 13 months and a half
Awesome job man. Looking great!
this isnt a transformation pic or anything but was wondering if I had a decent back for a somewhat beginner and where i should work on
They really need to update this forum and allow users to actually post their pics in the thread, instead of posting links to a photo hosting site.
Just about every forum in the world allows this...you'd think a bodybuilding forum would want this.

Sure do have a decent back mate. Your posing is way off and if you improve it by spreading your snapula out it'll make your back look a lot wider.
Definitely decent muscle bellies and insertions though. Time will tell if its real good though, as you gain more mass the shape of your back and the muscle bellies will be a lot more pronounced.
hi everyone, i'm new here, first time posting. Wanted to share with you my 2years transformation from 56kg to 74kg ( right now ). I am 6'1
Any advice given i'll apreciate it and be grateful.
Been counting macros this past year following a powerbuilding routine focused on the 3 main lifts.
Prs : 3x5 bench 96kg
2x5 dead 143kg
3x5 squat 104kg
From 110 pounds to 170 in 1.3 years.
5'10, Currently at 172 pounds.
Garage gym ftw
Here's a nice double bicep/ass pic for you guys. This is about a week or two after I started doing 'serious' lifting. I played sports and did pushups/pull ups in high school. Been gaining a lot in the past month and a half- deadlift went from 135 @ 3 rep max up to 275 @ 3 rep max. (had no lower back muscles) Bent over barbell row went from zilch to 185 for 10 reps. Squat went from 135 to 225 for 6 reps. Started eating lots of protein/BCaas/creatine. Really liking these noob gains
two months ago- 165lbs 5'11
now - 177lbs
Here's the 'after' picture in response to the one I posted above. This was taken today, the before pic was taken nov. 9. Maybe a 3 or 4 lb difference but definite strength gains
before: 5'10 121lbs
after: 6'0 170lbs

That tatto on your upper pec reminded of the beloved Zyzz. Insane progress brother. From horribly skinny to shredded. Kudos :)
My main issue is quite the opposite heh, gotta keep BF under control
sup guys im new here, im 16 years old (almost 17) and ive been working out since late 2015. im nowhere near where i wanna be but i think ive made some progress. i would like to know what i can improve on, thanks. Also, Ive just recently recovered from a stomach virus which made me drop 9 pounds, and im still in the process of gaining the weight i lost back!
before (around may/april)
sorry about the lame filters
Im 6ft and I started around 140 after a few months of lifting I was at 155-160ish. I was foolish and bought every mass gainer, protein/cascein shake I could thinking if I ate and lifted enough too I would get big. Around two months into college I was at 177 and bloated like hell. Once I couldn't afford the fancy shakes I lost all of it. At the end of my second semester I started to learned about dieting. Once I learned how to properly eat and lift the weight came so easily. Now I'm at 185 and it's becoming harder but of it were easy it would t be worth doing.
Sadly I cannot post pictures yet so visit my profile.
170lbs to 194(current) have been bulking for about a year. Sitting around 14 percent body fat(my unscientific estimate) Will continue bulking until may, and then I'm doing a one month cut!
Side note: first post! :)
See my body space for pics etc.
From:5'7,54kg (119lbs). To: 5'8,68kg (149lbs)
I started doing bodyweight exercices in late January. I then joined a GYM in April and have been working out ever since.
Hey! Here's my transformation over 2 years. Before I started, my weight was 72 kg, did bulk 28 kg in around 16 months (with 2 of break) and after that, reduced 8 kg, so ended up 92 kg. Still lack of few kgs on lower body cause of knees issue, doing what I can tho.
And I didn't post picture when I weighted 100kg, because of not really interesting look.
weight: 72 kg - 158 lb -> 92 kg - 202 lb
height: 183 cm - 6 ft
age: start: 21 and 23 now.

Great. Some people have rly good genetics and starting point. Im bulking for more than 2 years and Im on 73kg, 183cm height looool... maybe ill start to cut in 2026... Ill post my transf later.
Ok this is my transformation. Im now over 2 years with on/off periods. Also I was hospitalized 3 times during that period and had 2 surgeries on left lung. Im training home, and dont have a spotter. Before 2 weeks I started rly hard so I expect some more changes in the next period.
I started with 58kgs 183cm height and now Im somewhere at 72-73kg. Im rly hard gainer.

Thanks
Hey guys, just to introduce myself. Name is Simon and I am hoping to get some help regarding building and cutting. I used to be very skinny in my early 20s. I trained hard with a good work ethic, but now that I am in my late 30s, I look crap.. I train weights with quite a bit of cardio at least 4 x per week. I eat clean and have been for quite some time. Could be my metabolism thats dying on me but I have NEVER had decent abs. I am hoping to get some help from you guys. Im not ashamed to say I look ****.... lol. I have the work ethic to push it to the next level, but recon I keep doing something wrong. I weighed 48kg in my early 20s, I weigh 80kg now. Ive tried fat burners, to no avail.... Any help would be appreciated. Images attached.
damn, this motivates me to make some type of progress thread.
I'll be posting in here soon
Throwback shots to when I won the 'Nut. Misc 2012 Bulking Contest'.
Starting weight was 158... ending weight was 172... gained in two months.

hi guys. i am glad to have found this thread. it would motivate me a lot.
skinny fat is really difficult to build up.... .
I don't know if this is good enough to count, looking at some of the pictures here. i'll post it anyway. Uploaded them without using BB ciode as they are too large for the forum board.
I started at 146kg 3 months in I'm 114, changed my eating and lifestyle around only whole natural foods that I can grow or raise, nothing packaged and some intermittent fasting. Water only, walking my dogs for an hour every day & working out with bricks and one dumbbell in my backyard. 2 months left to reach the 50kg loss mark and hoping to find myself in the gym soon
