So I finished up my 30 day supply of HGHPro and it was pretty good. I didn't notice that it made it easier to fall asleep, but it definitely helped with staying asleep. I noticed some improvement in the weight room as well; my bench increased about 10 pounds and my squats increased 20 pounds, both for my 5 rep max.
I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a sleep promoter, it has good ingredients and it works!
