Powerlifting - Build Strength
Hello everyone, i just signed up because i thought i could get some help here. I am 19 years old and have been lifting for around 2-3 years now (i used to be taking bunch of mma bjj and wrestling classes for almost 4 years before that). I recently (after training with bodybuilding programs provided by my gym) decided to get abit more into powerlifting because it seemed more appealing to me. I started squatting and deadlifting around 6 months ago and have definitely seen improvement but there seems to be a big gap between my deadlift and squat strength. I am quite short around 1.68 cm and weight around 66kg at the moment with around 10-11% bodyfat thanks to my fast metabolism. I can provide further info about the powerlifting program im training at currently and pictures of my body if it can help. Thank you all in advance!
